It was the next day and you and Naomi were once more woken again by a familiar yelling. You two got ready for the day and proceeded to read the job board. "Y/n, organize library books in alphabetical order, Naomi, wash windows." You read allowed.
"I got the easy one today." Naomi laughed.
"Today is going to suck." You sighed. You made your way to the library as slow as you could without getting trouble. Once you made it there you saw a few people reading here and there. You started on the bookcase closest to the door and slowly started making your way through it. "Today is going to be a long day." You sighed.
You had spent a while in the library slowly making a dent on the books being organized when lunch came rolling around. You sighed as you saw everyone in the library leave and you put down the pile of books in your hand.
You had been yawning all day since the training session last night had really worn you out. Once you had reached the kitchen you had seen Link and waved. He smiled and walked into the kitchen with you following. You had grabbed your food, thanked the chefs, and made your way to the bench in the garden. You were about to eat but you had a huge yawn and your eyes started to water.
"Hey Y/n, did you sleep well?" Link asked, noticing that you looked really tired.
"Not really, I was really exhausted yesterday and I didn't get enough sleep last night." You responded. You sleepily took a bite of your food and rubbed your eyes.
"I'm sorry to hear that." Link frowned. He started eating too.
You smiled at him and then watched the fish in the pond. The lunch hour felt like it went by slowly since you were on the edge of falling asleep. Link couldn't help but worry about you seeing you in such an exhausted state.
Once lunch was over you two had made your way back up to the castle. You did the routine of thanking the chefs and putting your plates away. Once you were outside of the kitchen you and Link hugged like any other time, except for that as soon as you had been wrapped in his arms you almost immediately fell asleep. Your head laid on his shoulder and your arms dropped to your sides.
Link pushed you back while keeping his hands on your shoulders and saw that you were asleep. He chuckled and slightly tapped your cheek. Your eyes slowly creaked open and you saw Link holding up your figure. You quickly gained your composure and rubbed your eyes.
"Did I seriously fall asleep while hugging you?" You asked.
"Yeah." Link laughed, his hands still on your shoulder. "Anyways, I've got to get going, I'll see you later." He waved.
You waved back and sluggishly made your way back to the library. Once you had made it there you had gone to the bottom floor where you had made your way down to earlier. You went over to the bookshelf you had left off on and you were about to start when you were interrupted by a feminine voice coming from behind you.
"Hey, are you Y/n?" The girl asked. Her voice was high and squeaky and her hair was put into twin braids resting on her shoulders.
You nodded tiredly in response.
"I have walked by you several times today and saw that you were very tired looking. Why?" She asked.
"Why am I tired?" You questioned her. You wondered why she was just asking this out of nowhere.
"Mhm." She answered. Her arms were crossed and she stood with her weight mainly on one leg.
"Because I didn't sleep well." You answered not knowing if she wanted anything specific out of you. "Is that what you wanted to hear?"
