Lexa woke up in the morning, by her best friend octavia. She slept at octavia and Lincoln's home today, because she and Octavia decided to do some training in the morning.
Octavia and Lincoln lived in a small village in the trikru part of the island that belongs to grounder territory. Lexa used to live there too, but after her mother died she and her little brother Aiden moved to polis, since they where both natblidas. They would get training there and they were raised to become the next leader of the grounder clan, the next heda.
Now the grounder clan was ruled by a dark heda, Sheidheda , and well let's say. Sheidheda had dark plans with techkru. Techkru is the modern world in 2019. Non grounder territory. Almost every techkru member didn't even know about the grounderclan. Lexa knew several grounders who wanted another heda then Sheidheda. She knew even more who wanted her as the new heda.
Some time after lexa and Octavia woke up they said goodbye to Lincoln and Bellamy, Octavias boyfriend and brother who lived with her, and they went to the woods to meet Indra.
Indra was their mentor, but after both of their mothers died she filled that role too.
Lexa loved her mother, she was everything towards her. But when lexa was 12 and getting trained to become a new heda, she had to kill her mother. That was an order of sheidheda, and if she didn't kill her mother, Sheidheda treathened to kill every one lexa cared about if she refused to do what sheidheda asked from her. Lexa killed her mother, and since that day she believed that love was a weakness. She never wanted to love again. There where only 3 people she really cared about. Indra, her mentor, Octavia, her best friend, and Aiden, her brother. The only problem with Aiden was that he was also a natblida like her, and soon she had to kill him in the conclave.
When they arrived at indras place indra started to do some training with both of the girls. Indra knew how good both were, they were even better than herself.
After some rounds of sword fighting they decided that they deserved a break.
"Lexa you know you are the best fighter of the whole clan, you are amazing girl." Octavia said to her best friend.
"Ahaha, thanks tavie. But you are as good if you arnt even better!" The brunette responded, she knew she was a better fighter, that was in her blood. But she didn't want to say that because she thought it sounded rude.
"Lexa, I have to tell you something." Indra said to the natblida girl.
"Is something wrong Indra?"
"Well I don't know it for sure, but I think that sheidheda is going to die soon. I heared rumors of others who are planning to kill sheidheda."
"Well better, than that bitch is finally gone." Octavia said.
"Octavia maners!" Indra said in a mentor tone. "It is indeed a good thing I think, you both know how horrible sheidheda is. But the point is, if sheidheda dies then there will be a conclave. Which means lexa—"
"Yes I know what that means Indra, I will have to kill the others including Aiden. I know, and I will be the next heda." Lexa interrupted Indra, she had tough of this a million times already.
"Lex, listen, there are 3 other natblidas who can kill Aiden, you don't have to kill all of them. Only the last one. Who will probably be or Luna or Ontari. You know that." Octavia said towards her best friend. "And if you kill the one who kills Aiden, you can get your revenge. Jus drain, jus dawn."
Lexa sighted, she hated thinking about her brother aidens death, no matter in what way it would be.
"Indra, tavie. Let's continue our training." She said and with that the girls started to do some sword fight battles again.
