Skydoesminecraft's POV
"He said sorry?" Deadlox asks.
"Yeah." I reply. I glance over at Bodil. He looks pretty confused. I decide to fill him in.
"Long story short, Iballisticsquid has turned evil and he almost killed me and Deadlox." I leave out the part about Deadlox going ender. If he wants to tell him, he will.
"I still cant believe he said sorry and just left. Sorry doesn't cut it." Deadlox says through gritted teeth. Bodil gives me a look, as if to say "there's something you haven't told me". Luckily he doesnt ask any more questions. Deadlox notices the look Bodil gave me.
"J-Just tell him Sky." He says.
"Tell me what?" Bodil asks.
"Ty, I don't think I should be the one to explain this." I say. Deadlox looks up at me. I only call him Ty when I really mean what I say, so I think he will explain to us. And thankfully, he does.
"I was only 13. My parents didn't really care about me, so I spent most of my time out on the streets. I was walking down to -hell I don't remember- when I heard a muffled scream from behind me. I tuned around and saw Herobrine next to two zombies, who were holding my parents with their hands covering their mouths. Herobrine walked up to me. He gave me a choice." Deadlox pauses, as if he was struggeling to say the next sentence. "I-I could either go with him, to his castle. Or...Or he would k-kill my parents."
I cut him off. "You don't have to tell us this if you don't want to, I didn't realise-"
"Just shut up and let me finish. If I don't explain now, I won't be able to ever again. Anyway, Herobrine gave me a minute to make my decision, but I already knew what I was going to pick."
"You would go with him." Stampy interuppted. Wow, he was so quiet I forgot he was here. Deadlox looks over to him. I can't read his expression.
"No. I-I stayed. My parents never did anything for me, so why should I hve saved them. I told Herobrine my choice. He looked at me for a second and nodded with a grin. I closed my eyes, and when I opened them again, my parents were gone. I stood there for a while, not saying anything. Finally, Herobrine broke the silence and told me that I would be perfect for what he had planned for me. I asked him to explain, but he only told me one thing. That I had the heart of a k-killer."
"That's not true!" says Bodil.
"Yeah it is. Don't deny it." Deadlox replies. "Herobrine took me to his castle. He gave me a weird purple potion. I drank it and turned Ender. Herobrine though he could control me. but he couldn't. I wouldn't do anything he asks. He tried everything, physical and mental, but I refused to help him. I didn't want him to make me more of a monster than I already was. I mean, than I already am."
"Deadlox, I-I'm sorry." I say. I had no idea that he went through all this.
"There's nothing to be sorry about. Besides, I didn't tell you this so I could get sympathy. I told you so you would let me leave." He admits.
"What?! What do you mean leave?!" I shout. He can't go, not now.
"I mean leave." He replies. "I've always been scared that I will turn Ender, but now, the risk is too great. I have to go. I don't want any more people hurt becuse of me." Deadlox stands up and starts walking towards the open door. I wave my hand and the door slams shut.
"You're not leaving." I say.
"Shutting the door won't stop me Sky." He replies. Before I relise what he is doing, he shuts his eyes and teleports out of sight.
