Chapter 20 - Saved at the last minute

Shoto P.O.V.

(Y/n) just ran away from me, I wanted to run after her and pull her into a hug.

That's probably what she needed most right now, and I was more than happy to hear her return my feelings.

But I didn't move a single inch, my love was just running away and I just stood there.

What did she mean by making false hopes?

And I had played with her feelings?

What have I done?

How did she come up with it .. oh no, could it be that it was her?

Then this is a misunderstanding .. I should clarify that with her!

When I finally got back to reality, she had already disappeared without a trace.

I am so an idiot, why didn't I followed her?

At the table everything seemed as it always was
everyone was pretty tense and excited for tomorrow.

But there was no trace of (y/n).

After dinner, I went back to her room one more time.

I knocked and her soft voice rang out.

"It's me, Shoto."

"What do you want?" She asked me through the door.

"I want to talk to you and clarify everything, it is probably a misunderstanding." I tried, but without success.

"Shoto, let's clarify this tomorrow, please, I have no nerve and no desire, so please.", She asked me, I just agreed with her and then went back to my room.

Tomorrow we would sort it out!

(Y/n) P.O.V.

My appetite was gone, I went back to my room with a detour.

"Great, now I've said it! Such a crap!
You stupid heart, only cause me grief and worry! "I scolded myself.

I had been standing around in my room for a while, forgetting all sense of time.

Tomorrow is the school festival ...

Will everything work out?

Suddenly there was a knock on the door.

"Who's there?"

"It's Shoto."

Immediately my heart was pounding faster.

"What do you want?"

He spoke something, but I didn't understand what.

I had a headache again and a loud roar in my head.

"Shoto, let's clear it up tomorrow, please, I have no nerve and no desire, so please." I just asked and I felt very dizzy.

He went away and did not return. I prayed that he would still crash the door open and hug me, but I idiot had sent him away.

I fell to the ground and didn't move either, my strength was coming to an end.

My eyes closed, I unintentionally went to hell again and took the risk of losing control.
