Vivian POVI wake up to an obnoxiously loud beeping noise filling the room.
"The fuck is that?" I mumble still half asleep.
I sit up and rubs my eyes, realizing that the damn noise is coming from the terminal in the corner of my room. I groan but get up anyway to see why it is making the obnoxious noise. I rub my eyes again, trying to read the screen which reads that I have a message from someone named Dae-Hyun Kim. I tap on it which makes the message open up to reveal a couple sentences that read "Good morning Miss Ortega. I'm the one in charge of your team, Lieutenant Dae-Hyun Kim, but please call me Lieutenant or Sir. I am sending you this message to tell you that you are to meet me and your other teammates on the training floor in training room 3. Please wear something appropriate for training. You have 30 minutes, see you soon.". Right, Nurse Petra mentioned we would get some sort of announcement in the morning but damn, does it really need to be that loud? I yawn as I get changed into a blue tank top and black shorts, tying my hair up into a ponytail. I head out of my room and towards the elevators in the main hallway to go up to the training room. I get in the elevator and notice there's only four buttons, unlike the one we rode with Nurse Petra yesterday. Of course, they wouldn't trust us enough to give us access to anything but what they say. I yawn as I hit the button for the training floor and the door closes and heads up. It stops and the doors open to reveal the white tiles and light blue colored walls again. I can tell I'm gonna get sick of these real quick. I walk down the hallway, scanning each room number as I look for the number three. I eventually find it almost at the end of the hall. Why the hell is three all the way down here?! It should be towards the beginning, that's how that works. I shake my head as I open the door and see a group a people standing in front of a tall man with black hair and a shorter woman with brown hair tied up into a bun.
"Well, look who finally decided to join us." The dark-haired man says in an annoyed tone.
Everyone turns to look at me and I recognize a couple familiar faces, but my attention immediately focuses back on the man as he calls me.
"You're the clairvoyant, Vivian Ortega, right?"
"Y-Yes Sir." I manage to say with a nod.
"Then as punishment for being late, predict the future for us." He tells me in a stern tone.
"I-I can't."
"And why can't you?"
"Because I don't know how it works, I can't control it yet." I explain to him.
"And that's why you're all here. Fall in with the rest and be on time next time." He tells me in a stern tone.
"Yes Sir."
I go over to the rest of the group and stand with them as he focuses his attention back to what he was talking about.
"As I was saying, I'm Lieutenant Kim and I'll oversee Team B. Your team." He tells us. "This is Sergeant Seres." He says motioning to the woman next to him. "She is second in command of this team and will be helping me with whatever I need regarding this team. Now I want you to spilt into two groups and line up across from each other. S rank on the left side, A and lower on the right." He instructs us.
We do as we were told and line up on opposite sides of each other. I end up next to one of the twins from the other day, Quinton I think, who just smiles and then looks back towards the Lieutenant.
"Okay now these will be the squads you will be assigned to for missions. Squad S and Squad A. Before I get into anything else, I want you to introduce yourselves to the other people in your squad. You have five minutes." He tells us.
