The Christmas Dance (Chapter 25)

Thomas POV

" Do you need help" I hear Jonah tell me as I try to tie my tie. I've been trying to fix my tie for the past five minutes. Jonah must have noticed my struggles with this tie. I don't understand why you go to a dance and you have to wear a tie.

This is our Christmas dance today. It's Saturday night. The dance started like two hours ago. So now it's like 8:30 Pm. Tomorrow everyone is leaving campus to go back home for two weeks.

Am wearing a dark crimson red suit. With my cherry red tie if it would work for me. Jessica thought it would be a good idea to choose a color outside of my Comfort zone.

I usually like wearing blue and greens. Like how Jonah suit looks. It has a nice light blue color. Jonah looks great and his suit fits wonderfully around his body.

Wait what am I thinking. Am dating Mark, or are we a thing yet. We have made it official yet, so I won't put a label on us then. I should only put a label on us if he is ready to.

I did have feelings for Johan. Well, I still have some. But the reason I didn't act on them at the beginning was that he had a girlfriend. He still has a girlfriend. Does he even have feelings for me? But he's dating one of my friends. I can't steel her boyfriend. Besides, I have Mark now. But there is that part of me that still wants to be with Jonah.

" Yes please," I tell him as I hand over the tie. He comes up to me and takes the tie and wraps around my neck. He gets right in front of me to tie it. He is usually close to me. For some reason, he also seems a little down. " Hey, are you okay?" I ask him as he starts to put the tie in a loop. " Yeah is fine," he says to me as he stays force on the tie. He doesn't even look up at me. Is he that concentrated on this. " Are you sure. You can tell me whatever you want" I tell him as I put my hand on his shoulder. He is still looking straight down at the ground.

" Just forget about it, Thomas," He tells me as he walks over to his desk and grabs his coat. What could be wrong with him? Something has to be going on with him? Maybe there is something going on with him and Rebecca again. But I shouldn't bring it up to him right before the dance.

Maybe he is cheating on her with someone else. But I don't think Jonah would do that to anyone especially her.

Knock Knock

Jonah walks to the door and opens it up to Jessica and Rebecca laughing at each other. Jonah and I both look shocked. Well, Rebecca is not usually the person Jessica would hang out with. " Oh my God, Thomas how come you have never introduced me to your friend," Rebecca tells me as she is still laughing. I would never have guessed they would have gotten along. " Yeah, same," Jessica says to me as she walks over to me. Jessica wraps her arm around my arm as if we were a married couple. It was Jessica's idea that we both wear Crimson red outfits so we could match.

Jessica is wearing a Crimson red wrapped dress. It has a small bow on the side. It is the complete opposite of what Rebecca is wearing. She is wearing a light blue Princess cut dress. That shows off her body really well. It is the complete opposite of Jessica's dress.

" Are you two going together?" Rebecca asked as she walks over to Jonah and starts to fix his hair. He is trying to resist her hands touching his hair. I can tell he has put like two tons of gel in it. " No we both got dates," Rebecca tells her as I grab my suit jacket. "They are probably waiting for us downstairs," I tell her as I put on my jacket. " Oh shit your right," Jessica says as she opens the door. " See you guys later," I tell them as Jessica grabs me by the arms and drags me out of the room.
