Lucas felt distant. It a was deja vu feeling but Mark knew better. (He hopes that he knows better.)
Lucas's assignments and classes are getting in the way. That's what the other told. Mark knew he couldn't question more as they were in different universities.
But that wasn't all. It felt like Lucas was hesitant. Choosing his words carefully as of he had a secret. He wasn't good at hiding them so Mark was even more worried.
Was it something he did? Is it because of the different universities that Lucas was getting out of touch? He should ask him...but this time he'll thread the words more carefully.
He'll make sure that he doesn't say something stupid.
