Tsukauchi was sceptical to say the least. Informants and defectors wasn't anything new to him, that had happened before. The problem with this one was the fact that there hadn't been any defectors from Deku's revolution before. And now, he was supposed to meet one with valuable information, alone and unarmed. The choice of location didn't help either. An abandoned warehouse in one of the less patrolled areas in the middle of the day.
"I'm glad you showed up" An unknown voice suddenly said. The voice was modified and sounded unnatural, hiding the person's real identity.
"I did. And I would like to actually see the one I'm supposed to meet" Tsukauchi said as he tried looking for the unknown person.
"Don't worry about that. I'm that person" The voice said, sounding like it came from everywhere. "I just want you to promise me that you will hear me out"
"I will, I promise. Just show yourself" Tsukauchi promised.
"I've been standing here all the time Tsukauchi" The voice said, this time coming from only one spot. "And I have to say-" the voice continued as a shape walked out of the shadows, revealing someone very familiar to Tsukauchi. "You're much more reasonable than Kusatta" Deku said as he took off a mouthguard, his voice returning to normal.
"This isn't just about some information, is it?" Tsukauchi asked with a suspicious look.
"I'm afraid not. My note might have omitted some details. But you will get some information I know you really want, as long as you listen to what I have to say" Deku replied.
"I'll listen" Tsukauchi said, still wary of Deku.
"Great! Finally someone who bothers to listen" Deku exclaimed with a hint of glee. He then quickly became more serious. "I won't sugar-coat this Tsukauchi, but neither side stands a chance against All for one. We either work together to kill him, or divided we fall" He explained as slowly walked closer towards Tsukauchi "And as much as I would like to have a proper joint effort against All for one, your prime minister has made that and impossibility. So instead I propose a different plan of action. One that put all of the cards in your hands" Deku said. He put his closed hand forwards and opened it, showing a small flash drive.
"And what's that?" Tsukauchi asked, casting a glance at the flash drive.
"Well this is a flash drive" Deku replied and pinched the flash drive between his fingers. "Though, you're probably wondering what is on it" He added with a smirk "Not much really, just the coordinates and the layout of my facility" He explained.
"Why would you give that to me?" Tsukauchi wondered with a slightly shocked expression.
"It's a very simple equation" Deku replied. "If I want to succeed, I need All for one dead. If I want to kill All for one without dying in the process I need the help of the heroes, and frankly, you need mine. So my goal would be to have all the parties in one location. And since both you heroes and All for one want me either dead or captured along with my revolution, you both want to attack my facility. If both parties attack at the same time then my goal would be achieved. Losing this facility might be a setback, but it has been rebuilt before. And I'll do anything to ensure All for one's death" He explained.
"I think I understand where you're going with this. You're giving me the information now so that you can force an attack on your facility. And then you'll lure All for one there at the same time" Tsukauchi said. "Is that right?"
"Yes, I knew you would get it" Deku replied with some glee in his voice. "Just some small details that need clarification" He added. "Number one; You can plan the attack for any time you want, as long as it happens at least one month from now. I need that time to prepare. Number two; I want updates from you regularly, including the time and plan for the attack as soon as possible. Number three; If I notice anything that might indicate that you won't agree to these terms then you will only find an empty facility" Deku explained. "Do you understand?"
