Chapter Twenty-Five: Rule of the Pool

Y / n Pov. 

When you think of school you usually think of studying, friends and homework. Not cleaning, maybe here in Japan cleaning the class but I have never washed a pool. Never had the chance cause I had another shit to do. So if you aren't following today we are "It's our job to clean the pool today, so scrub like you mean it!" Damn it Rias don't cut off my inner monologue. These are my moments alone. But yeah like she said we are cleaning the pool today. We got exclusive access to the pool since we agreed to clean it. This will be fun and let me do something I love. . . manual labor.

Yeah I know weird but, it's just I like working my muscles it's usually a good workout while being helpful. A usual win-win after Rias gave us her words we all replied "ALL RIIIIGHT!!" I do remember before I left for the voting process Rias sent me a bikini pic. I'm guessing everyone is going to wear a swimsuit cause we have a pool. It just makes sense, also I'm using cleaning the pool to avoid talking about last night. Nothing happened we talked about no plans for any abilities!

I was going at it, cleaning the pool by using my fire abilities. I scrubbed quick and easy working my body under the beating sun. Asia and Koneko looked at me with confusion but saw that I was having fun. 

"Left then right. Scrub down then up. Bright Burn!" I boosted myself around flying in and out scrubbing the pain away. It was the first day of summer, the sunbeams felt like the gods raining their radiance on my skin. I happened to have a shirt on right now cause the sun does burn but I'll take it off when I get in. I also had simple shorts to have easier movement and allow my skin to flourish in the fury of the light particles. 

Having finished the pool in record time we filled the thing with water. I was excited to swim cause who doesn't I do enjoy being held in god's tears. I then turn to look over to two certain individuals. "Well Y/n? How do you like my bikini?" It was the President in a bikini which was crimson colored as well. The bikini itself was simple which was the long straps that stretched out like an X so that it could cover her nipples. Behind her was Akeno who said "Y/n, what about mine?" She was wearing a simple string bikini that most wear to a beach, it's color was simply white.

I felt my face begin to turn pink but I slapped my face three times getting the understanding into my head. "There's just Bikini's for the pool, stop being weird." They were awaiting for my opinion so I was now ready to say, I gave them a smile and said "They look lovely, they truly do both you." I got them to blush which was not my intention. I just wanted to give a compliment. Pulling my attention away I heard someone ask "Y/n, I've got a bathing suit too."

I turn to see Asia and Koneko wearing simple school bathing suits. "Aw, nice suits guys. They do fit your personalities perfectly." Asia laughed stating "Tee-Hee-Hee! I'm glad you think so, Y/n." 

I smiled at them "Koneko you really got that Mascot look to you." She turned away saying "Hmm." I laughed trying to remember to do something. . . oh yeah the shirt. Can't swim with a shirt, so I throw my shirt off feeling the rays of the sun on my bare skin. I looked down and saw the old scars which gave me a small chuckle.

"Hey Y/n."

I turned to Rias who had Koneko and Asia standing by "Right. Y/n sorry to trouble you, but ..." 

Pool

"That's it! One, two. One, two." 

I happened to have my Koneko junior who didn't know how to swim apparently. "Come on, Koneko, you got this." I was trying my best to reassure her as I held my arms out which were holding Koneko's. We were doing the walking back and kicking technique. "Go, Go, Go." She was doing her best going in and out of the water taking her breaths. "You've made it!"
