The steps creaked under my weight and I struggled to make out my surroundings. It was a lot darker than I had originally anticipated. I noticed a small dangling string and I pulled on it in hopes that it was attached to a light bulb.

It flickered to life and I truly was just surrounded by artifacts. It kind of looked like I stepped into a Halloween store.

A black coffin, a chimera statue, some weird looking gems, books and even a doll that closely resembled the one from Annabelle.

But there was no Yoongi, just an aimless sea of dust and cobwebs. Oh look and there was Seokjin's moldy pink slipper.

"Over here."

"Who's there?" I asked, startled by the voice.

I'm in your head stupid, look for the button on top of the coffin.

Rude.

I carefully made my way over to the tomb, running my hand along the surface in search of the button.

When my hand grazed a small grove, I pressed down hoping I didn't disturb whatever was inside.

There was a soft clicking noise and I watched in bewilderment as the space in front of me shimmered.

I reached a hesitant hand forward and when my hand met the smooth surface it shattered like glass. Shards of it hit the ground before disappearing to reveal a cage.

The interior was lavish with purple pillows littered about, a table of about practically any fruit standing off to the side and a gold and red rug laying on the floor.

A man laid atop the pillows his bleached hair standing out among the decor, his eyes were closed and he seemed to be sleeping.

"Yoongi?" I asked.

His eyes flew open revealing a set of feline like gold orbs. A lazy smile made its way onto his face and he let out a yawn as he stretched.

"It took you long enough," he muttered, rolling lazily onto his side.

"I could have just not come," I replied, unimpressed by his demeanor.

"But then you wouldn't know why you're here."

"Can you get out of my head," I groaned.

"But it's fun," he drawled, shooting me a small wink.

"Wait," I paused. "Were you the one who told me to touch that flower?"

"Guilty," he said with a grin. "I'm also the one who sent the sith cat."

At least now I know I didn't have an alter ego living inside of me.

"So you tried to kill me twice. Why?"

"I wanted to test out your capabilities, I was rather impressed how you handled the sith cat, the flower not so much."

"Thanks," I said dryly. "Why were you hiding in there anyways?"

"Let's just say someone isn't too fond of me."

"Did you kill someone or something?" I asked, not doubting for a minute he would.

"I wish," he groaned. "More like me finding out something I'm not supposed to and disagreeing with the situation."

"That's awfully specific," I mused, watching as his eyes traveled around his imprisonment.

"I've been here for a year now I think?" he explained counting his fingers. "And I want out, it's also in your best interest that I do get out."

"Why?"

I was confused by his constant avoidance of details.

"The exchange program is a lot more than what meets the eye and if you don't want shit to go down I suggest you help me."

"Hypothetically, if I were to agree what would you want me to do?"

"Well," he said his gaze stopping on the feather on my arm. "You would get stamps from the 5 other sins to open this cage."

"That bitch used all of their blood to seal these bars and suppress my magic capacity," he spat, looking the angriest I'd ever seen him.

"Who?" I asked furrowing my brows.

"All in due time," he muttered, waving his hand around.

"You can't expect me to help you when I don't know anything," I scoffed, tapping my foot against the ground. Strangely enough, his Aura was a faint white? I think that meant he was scared but it definitely wasn't present in his demeanor.

"I can't tell you everything or else I have no guarantee that you'll help me. I do promise though to tell you why you're here and what's going on the minute I'm free."

"Doesn't it make more sense to ask one of the other sins instead?"

He shot me a pointed look. "A, I can't get in there heads and B, I'm pretty sure they don't know I'm here and they might do something stupid if they did know."

I could see why he might choose me over the others and I didn't exactly want the world to go to shit...

"I'll agree if you give me your stamp," I stated, I needed some kind of safety net in case he was lying.

"Your not as dumb as you look huh?" he said with a grin. "Fine come here I'll give you my stamp."

I hesitantly reached my arm forward and he stuck his finger out. A small trail of ink made its way up my arm but instead of a burning sensation like with Taehyung, there was only a small sting.

"Wow an eyeball, I look like the illuminati now," I muttered, poking the tender flesh.

"Your welcome," he replied dryly.

"One last thing," he grumbled, fumbling around in his pile of pillows. He held up a thin metal change with a glass bead attached.

"This is an old artifact of mine," he explained. "I've heard from one of my lesser demons you have aura reading but in case you need any extra help."

"It also helps me to get into your head if you're far away."

I took the jewelry from his grasp, muttering a small thanks. He offered me a whole brain parasite how nice of him.

"Umm so should we shake on it or something?" I offered awkwardly.

His gold eyes flashed and he held out his hand with a grin that looked awfully like that of the Cheshire cat.

"The sin of sloth is at your service."
