Here are the rules for the dragon tribes:
Each section is divided by continents.
There are 5 total continents and two Island chains.
The dragons will only be featured in the continent in which they are most prominent.
All the dragon will have a detailed bio about their relationship with other tribes; enemies, close relations, culture, etc. Their abilities, weakness, strengths, habitats and diets.
And It will also have some info on the three megatribes.
Ps: A megatribe refers to a tribe of dragons that have more than four dragon tribes, including individual leaders for each tribe and works in harmony with each other for the benefit of the collective.
