Anyone who has played any Monster Hunter game will have probably noticed at some point that the ways these so called "monsters" act are strangely familiar, with their behavior being more animalistic than monstrous. This is without a doubt the thing that separates this franchise from all other monster hunting games; the beasts we do battle with are little more than this world's versions of animals. Now it's no secret that we're familiar with the lives of the humans, felyns, and wyverians, as we spend a lot of time with them; however, what about the monsters? Do we really know what the lives of these fantastical animals are like? In this book, we'll be exploring the hidden lives of the monsters themselves and see the world through their eyes. We'll learn what their everyday lives are like, the challenges they must face to survive in their natural habitats, and even how they manage to more or less peacefully coexist with other creatures and civilization. So if you want to see what it's like to live as a monster, join me on this journey, and discover the hidden lives of monsters. Warning! Because nature can be very unforgiving, some of these stories may contain potentially upsetting content to some readers, with gore, violence, and mating being some of them. This book is supposed to give an accurate representation of monster lives, so despite not being present in the games for obvious reasons, the simple fact is that these less palatable things definitely do happen when nobody's looking. Finally, all pictures belong to their rightful owners.

In Maddison's last visit to the ancient city, she encountered a man. More surprising was what he lacked on his face.... He wore no mask. A hundred years since the Great Disaster and he not only lived beyond infancy, but he breathed the air. No one breathed free air anymore at the risk of dying cancerous and crazed. Nothing of value is free-not the water, not the land, not the food... ...and certainly not the air.

In the twilight of our world, ravaged by unending environmental catastrophes, the last of the robots stood in solitary silence amidst the ruins of a once-thriving civilization. They were the remnants of a grand design, creations born from humanity's desperate hope to reverse the damage done to their planet. Yet, in an ironic twist of fate, these mechanical saviours had become the final consumers of Earth's dwindling resources.

A small collection of thoughts and lines on worldly concerns - nature, people, connections. I am trying to write down my ideas and feelings on the more ecological and green living concerns in this work. I'm aroace. I like romance novels. As you can imagine, there isn't much representation for that in such a genre, so I created my own. This is the story of Katie (our aroace queen) as she finds a person she actually wants to spend forever with. There aren't enough stories that show the love that can be given even when aromantic. However this is also the story of Jordan, and you will hear from both characters throughout the story. In the original document, the speaker is denoted by different colored text. Here, bold = Jordan, and not bold = Katie. I have 125 pages written so far, and I decided to share it because young me would have benefited from reading something like this. Some of the stuff we will tackle: depression from being in the Navy, discovering sexuality and the very real feelings that come with that, gender stuff, long-distance struggles, QPRs, the struggles of intimacy when asexual... etc. If there is a tag that you don't think belongs, it is because it hasn't come up in the story yet. Mature tag coming much much later. Also, all the pictures are coming from my battles with Google's Gemini generative AI application. Updated 12/10

*Based on my superhero alter-ego and concept that I have created as a child and that I believed in* In that moment in the nature was born a flower. Actually, five different flowers. It wouldn't be a big deal on its own if that weren't Pink Tulip, Red Carnation, Yellow Dandelion, White Hyacinth and me, Blue Rose, superheroes that must defeat five enemies who want to subdue or destroy humankind because of various reasons. Still, is sometimes harder to defeat yourself than someone else? Could superhero also be the biggest villain when his powers lose control? And how is possible to balance a team that has persons with opposite attitudes, can we all together fight on the same side even when our opinions collide? It's time for the most complex superhero story I've written till now, if you are ready enter my superhero world from the childhood transfered to a present time and be a keeper of my "Team Blume" secret ;)
