When I wake up, Tessa is getting dressed, I quickly close my eyes and pretend to be sleeping a little while later someone jumps on my chest. "morning jellybean" she says and hits me in my head. "morning Tess, have you woken up smith?" she shakes her head yes and he comes in and jumps on me. we all laugh and then go down stairs and eat, I go and get dressed then drop smith off and before me and Tess go to school I ask, "hey can I tell you something?"
"yes what's up?" she says and looks at me with a big smile.
"I umm- I like you...like more than a friend and I know I've only known you for 2 days but I love you more than anything." I say and she smiles and then kisses me.
"I like you too, so your know my boyfriend." she says and kisses me cheek. I drive to school and I spend the whole day with Tessa. At lunch we sit with Molly and Logan.
"HEYYYY BABE!" Molly says when she sees Tessa and they hug
"hey! whats up?!" Tess responds
"sup dude" Logan says and shakes my hand. I gave him a nod.
"Sooooo??? where were you Tessa you didn't come home" Molly says with a smirk.
"For your information I stayed with Hardin and now he is my boyfriend" she smiles and hugs me, I kiss her head. She giggles at Molly's reaction to this, Logan looks like he just drank expired milk. I smile and we get up to go to our last class. I go to sit with her.
"Hardin, what did your mom mean by 'not again'?" she asks. My heart drops and I don't want to answer because I'm afraid she will leave, if she leaves then it's over for me,I love her too much to lose her. She is my only shot at happiness.
"Can I tell you later? Like when we are in the car?" I ask because I don't need the whole school knowing how fucked up I am.
"Of course you can jellybean" she smiles and lays her head on my shoulder. Her breathing is calming.
Once we get to the parking lot she asks again then she apologizes for being pushy. We get into the car.
