Oh God, my eyes are already beginning to water, and my nose is starting to tickle. Damn it! Why did that cat have to waltz in just when things were getting interesting. I didn't take my allergy meds today... It makes me groggy and I didn't think I needed them. Oh God, the sneezing's gonna start any minute now. Hopefully, the cat gets outta here soon.
"So as I was saying..." Fury starts again, but I can hardly concentrate on what he's saying because I'm too busy trying to fight this sneeze.
It tickles so badly--I really need to sneeze. There's no stopping it. Maybe I can try to hide it. I can feel my breath hitching and my nostrils quivering.
"Sorry, I-I ha-have to tie my shoelace-shoelaces" I interrupt quickly, trying to get the words out before ducking beneath the table to silently sneeze.
"Huh-ngxt!" I pinch my nose as my body bobs forward and my eyes squeeze shut. I always sneeze more when I stifle my sneezes.
"H-ha-ngxt! HAH-ngxt!" I'm praying to God that the last sneeze wasn't too loud. I rub vigorously at my reddening nose, trying to get rid of the persistent itch before popping back up to face Fury.
