"Have some dessert after a meal. If you already eat dessert after your meals, then eat a lil bit more!"

So I used to ALWAYS have dessert after the main meal of the day, but I've been trying to loose weight for the last few months. Like don't worry I'm doing it very safely and I am overweight so I need to do it for my health 👌💕

So I've been cutting back on puddings, seconds and snacking. Also increasing exercise - going well btw 😉

But I did eat a slice of jam sponge cake with custard yesterday as part of the challenge. It was all homemade by my wonderful father and tasted brilliant - a lovely treat 💜💜💜💜
