Chapter XII: Operation Bubat

under direct command from the Fandom Alliance, the war had to split into two, due to the appearance of Sunda Empire, all Fandom including Neutral Fandoms had to send their boys to fight.

Raco, Sto, and Jacen were reassigned to the peacekeeping forces to repel the Sunda Empire and arrest the Prabu to end the terrorism. Under command of General Adams, Fandom 99th Armored division armed with Soviet made T-72 to defeat the poorly armed and trained Royal Sundanese Army. First, in the forest of Dantooine, where the RSA settled down in, bombarded with volley after volley of Katyusha Rocket trucks and Big Bertha field guns. meanwhile the Fandom army dug a small trench to firing at Sundanese Army. with their own fandom flags proudly hang over their position, they waited for the charge from the Sundanese Army.

after 3 hours of waiting, they see a yellow flag with "Kujang" blade. this is it. General Adams quickly orders the artillery barrage to slow down RSA. with their MG42, Fandom trenches fires the first shot. the charging Sundanese army are no match compared of supplied and trained Fandom soldiers.

then, the second charge happens. this time, Sundanese M4 Sherman and M26 Pershing appeared. they fired, and one of the trenches blown off.

"keep calm men! hold your position!" said a Prussian Captain.

Katyusha rockets bombarded the tanks. several Sundanese M4 Sherman explodes, but it's a hard time to pierce M26 Pershing.

with handmade "Molotov Cocktail", The Fandom Army charges back. they throw the petrol bombs like some madlads. as a result, some Sundanese tank burned down, with 5 Pershings retreating. the Fandom lost 100 men as a result, but Sundanese lost 3000.

"this one is sure a fun fight. Meesa like this!" said Sto.

"Yeah. in fact there's no enemies. even the Koreans are now our brothers too!" said Jacen.

without fear, Fandom army advancing closer to the Sundanese outpost on Dantooine. There's almost no barrier between Fandom Troopers despite wearing different insignia, uniform, or even flags! almost 100 Fandom present at the battle, but only 20 Fandom Legions that served for frontline battles. the rest mostly do military "chores" such as delivering supplies and manning artillery trucks and field guns.

Near the ruins of the late Rebel Alliance, skirmish between Fandom Soldiers and Royal Sundanese Army broke up. Sundanese Army unleashing hail of bullets at Fandom Soldiers. The Fandom Army, numbering almost 200 men against Sundanese Army Soldiers numbering around 500, Fandom Army encountered heavy resistance.

"Jacen! Pass the thermies!" said Raco.

with a thermal detonator, one foxhole of Sundanese Machine gun cleared. but there are still more of them. despite poor training, Sundanese troops have high morale, hoping they're will be sent to "Buana Nyungcung" if they're died in the battle.

GAR Marines numbering around 20 men trying to fire a PaK 35/36 to a Sundanese trench. but suddenly, Sundanese Soldiers performing a "Banzai Charge" to the Fandom Soldiers. this will be a total fiasco for the GAR Marine. overwhelmed, LAAT gunships quickly evacuate the Marines. later, Rune's ex tank crews were also evacuated. this is the first defeat for the coalition.

the whole company are now retreating to the "meeting point". bodybags of the fallen are being unloaded from the LAATs that present. General Adams's failure eventually will be relieved once he will be replaced with General Yularen of OTmemes.

the next day, Yularen orders 10.000 men to storm the position. now armed with better weaponry and with armed predator missile, they move into the zone with BTR 80 APC and some paratrooped in with DC 5 Douglas transports.
