Chapter XVII: Starvation on Mimban

Retreating in Kuat, All alliance high command is in full panic. Their best soldiers in the army is now being surrounded air and ground with no supply relief. Naboo 13th Infantry Division Company D-P are being trapped, Corellian 31st Artillery regiment is nearly out of shells, and Kwantung Army 25th Division also being trapped.

General Zee is the most concerned about the failure of the first attempt to crack the blockade. He was the first man who launched the defense of Mimban months earlier. He think he was responsible for the failure. Not all states agreed to intervene to Mimban. He need OT's Executor or Sequels' Mandator IV to break the blockade.

"our troops are being sieged now. The fleet is to small and weak to counter that dreadnought built by Korean Engineers. General Zee, You have any ideas how to win this?" said Captain Tek Skakak.

"We need a support from another SWF states. I must contact Imperial high command to request a dreadnought support. Their biggest ship of the line is the executor. A city of turbolasers and point defense cannons. It'll suit our need. Since they're already technically at war with Korean Union."

Then, Captain Saito Asks Zee,

"Ok. Now can you explain about our enemy strength?"

"Glad you ask. My spies just contacted me today. Listen up, The name is Goryeo-Class Heavy Dreadnought. This ship's length is almost twice that of the Executor. Built on Yakuul shipyard in the Unknown Regions, and very difficult indeed to disable. the only possible thing to do is to destroy the ship from the inside by commandos. they have to go to main power grid and destroy everything in there. Once the power is down, deflector shields and cannons are useless." explained Zee while also presentating the ship in the holoprojector.

But, One man, Rear Admiral Takeda objects Zee,

"How do you deploy the commandos when they are down there, in Mimban? This whole conference is useless! I'd rather die honorably with my fleet than retreating to Kuat!"

"Because we care about our men, Rear Admiral. They're men, not cannon fodders made by cheap Geonosian manufacturers.. How we can fight this war without our soldiers? Who?"

Takeda calms himself down. But anger keeps striking him. He knows that if he report his progress to IJN high command, He'll be marked as a coward along with Admiral Dazai and so another Japanese officers who involved.

Meanwhile in the planet surface of Mimban, The 10th Alderaanian Corps and Naboo 13th Infantry Division were outraged with Zee's decision to retreat, cutting off supplies to his own men.

"General Zee betrayed us!" said one of the troopers in the trenches.

Commander Rune, now sitting in his makeshift command center cannot believe it.

suddenly, his Gungan Lieutenant running at his office giving a shocking ultimatum.

"Commander! it is a big doo doo! de Koreans gave weesa an ultimatum, if weesa don't surrender after 1 week passed, weesa will be obliterated with their ships on de space!"

"This whole thing is hopeless. Let me speak to the Korean leaders. I'll go talk with them about our surrender."

His Lieutenant shocked. His skin turned pale, and his whole body is now shaking.

"But why? de Koreans will not spare yousa! yousa a bombad leader throughout this entire campaign!"

"Look. If they bomb us, all of us will die. The Gungans, Naboo, And even the Alderaanians who came here hardly to help us win this battle! They will not die as a helpless people who got bombed. They will die a hero. A hero for this entire cause!"
