Chapter IX: The Defectors

Guerilla warfare in naboo lasts forever. outnumbered Korean Army still pretty much a treat to both Japanese Expeditionary Force and GAR. on a bright day, a battle rages near otoh gunga city, between Korean Army and GAR and Naboo Planetary defense force. Corporal Rune, being tasked by high command to hold the position near ancient structure. A company of heavy T21 blaster set up near the ancient ruins. the supply line is good.

Korean Army, with the absence of General Hansen, was leaderless. even their supplies are near non existent. some soldiers even using captured GAR and Japanese weapons from previous battle. some can get themselves even up to DC 15a, Howa Assault Rifle, ELG blaster pistol, or for those who not lucky enough, they just using spears and improvised petrol bombs.

suddenly, a white flag raised a company of Korean soldier. the one who raised the flag is Captain Park, with intention of defecting to the Republic.

"sir! look at that! they're surrendering!" said a private.

"possibly. Check it out Sarge." said Rune. his blaster stops firing, and he ordered one of his men who can speak korean.

the sergeant quickly running to the surrendering korean soldiers. after a while, he come back to Rune with shocked face.

"They're no surrendering sir. They're defecting." said the sergeant.

Captain Park, quickly went to Rune.

"Greetings Corporal." greet Park.

"wait.. you were the soldier I spared!" said Rune.

"yeah. it was me. thank you again Corporal. by the way, get me to your General. I need to talk to him." said Park.

"as you wish. I'll contact him. R3, contact General Zee!" said Rune to R3, a GAR droid.

"Greetings general. here's someone wants to talk to you." said Rune. Park walks in. greeting the General, and talk about his intentions. general Zee quickly understand. after a small chat with park, he talks to Rune,

"Corporal, meet the Free Korea Corps. the bright future of Korea. Honest Korean. I've promoted Mr. Park to Commander. he himself will lead his Korean Army." said Zee.

"Commander, it's nice to serve with y-" said Rune.

"shhh... Call me Park Jong. no need to call me with rank. remember in Korean Army my rank is lower compared to you." said Park.

Captain, now Commander Park, went to theed. He went straight to Zee at his office. after some agreement, Zee ordered Bracca to ship some spare parts to Kuat. not long, 10 operational Munificent-Class Star Frigates, 5 Lucrehulks, and 2 Providences is at Park's command.

Back in Naboo Frontlines, the newly formed FKC fighting alongside IJEF and GAR. after 2 days of hard fought battle, the last remnant of Korean invader surrendered. Naboo was liberated. The Queen Naboo later approved to all battle wreckages to be shipped out of Naboo.

Back at Coruscant, Galactic Senate are in panic. They afraid they will be the next victim. The war also sparked pacifist movements in the senate. The first is Chandrilla, they will stop giving their planetary defense infantry to be conscripted to GAR. But the majority of Senators still agreed to give their men to fight. they believed that they doing the right thing.

GAR military scientist finally completed the Mark II Spec Ops PA jumpsuit, which will be delivered to Naboo 13th. Similiar to the previous Mark I, designed to be "blend in" by scrambling the suit with dirt, mud, or sand. but this version upgraded to be blade resistant. due to so many Naboo 13th killed by Korean Daggers.

After some "interrogation" of Commander Park by Zee, Zee quickly got an intel. The Korean superweapon is now shipped from Baeyong Shipyards in Seoul to Korean Occupied Lehon. Because of fighting a superweapon, Zee contacted Sequels, his former foe. the Sequels Generals quickly send their finest dreadnought, The Supremacy, To Coruscant for making an invasion fleet alongside other SW "states." the OT, got contacted too. they sent Zee 2 Executors, and a single Eclipse.
