The War with koreans is now back. sometime after Sunda Empire Fleet weakened by Fandoms, Korean Army under now General Yin, attacked Mimban. the GAR of course launched their fleet under command of Admiral Taikini, and and FKC fleet Under Commander Park.
Rune is now become a Galactic Marine, under command of clone war clone veteran, CT-7567.
on Coruscant, GAR Marines composed mostly Conscripts, set off for Mimban. 2 million men were mobilized with dozens of Acclamator Class Troop Carriers, Venator Class Star Destroyers and being followed by Coruscant Transports for supplies, munitions, and spare parts. but suddenly, the hyperdrive of all fleet ships stopped by a Korean fleet with Gravity well projectors.
"Admiral! enemy fleet, dead ahead!" said a radar operator.
"then defend the fleet! launch the fighters!" shout Admiral Taikini.
due to flexibility of Galactic Marine, Rune immediately ordered to get to his ARC 170 starfighter. not long, Venator hatch opened by the bridge, allowing all starfighters to get into battle.
FKC's Munificents also launched their Vulture droids and droid Tri-Fighters, outnumbering the Korean Fleet Starfighters since Korean Fleet rely heavily to their superior number of Heavy turbolasers.
Republic ARC 170 was quickly overwhelmed by the turbolasers of Korean starships. Many of them quickly destroyed. it was chaotic. hundreds of Republic fighters shot down easily by volley after volley of turbolaser.
Admiral Taikini quickly order all the Transports to settle down at a nearby system, since the hyperdrive of these ships quite slow. they settle down on Mygeeto.
suddenly, 4 Venators coming out from hyperspace. but strangely, the Venators are siding with the Koreans, and they have a different paint scheme than the standard Republic paint scheme.
"Traitors fleet coming in hot!" said Radar operator aboard The Darklighter, Admiral Taikini's Venator Class.
"it can't be." said Admiral Taikini, then she shout, "strengthen our forward facing deflector shielding, we will hold position at all cost! tell the acclamators to spread out to confuse the enemy!" said Taikini.
Meanwhile, Rune ARC 170 is at a critical state. his gunner was dead, and only 1 engine left to fly. he and the pilot must destroy the turbolasers to disable the battleship.
"Dammit we lost 3 engine!" said the pilot.
"not a step back pilot. keep focus to the objective!" said Rune.
Rune shot down 10 turbolasers in the process. upon seeing a Venator, they planned to land there. but they're now being chased by 5 interceptor fighters. as a back turret gunner, Rune shot down 2 of them, well before he can shot more, engine 1 suddenly stopped working.
"no. no. no! Corporal! hang on we'll land on a Venator right there!" said the Pilot.
Meanwhile on Coruscant, Zee and several members of the Alliance witnesses the demonstration of new GAR heavy blaster for infantry support and anti tank role, DC 15LE, alongside Joint Research new cartridge for the IJA, which is Durasteel Core 7.62x51 Nato, the cartridge for IJA's HOWA type 64.
"I hope these weapons can be deployed soon." said Zee sitting alongside other Alliance members such as Dell.
Zee shocked and proud when he saw that DC 15LE can took down a KI 88 Tank with one shot. which is one of the captured example from the Battle of Naboo.
"What a magnificent weapon. this is the one." said Zee.
"Yeah mate. it will be easy for us to destroy the enemy. but these two also needs an approval from the Fandom authorities. otherwise it's a war crime to use these weapons." said Dell.
