Percy sighed. He was walking with Sadie in Central Park. It was around 5:00 p.m. They weren't talking, just Sadie humming to herself as she jumped into what Percy assumes were puddles, as it was lightly sprinkling where it had just been pouring rain. Just as he turned to talk to her, he heard a quiet whistling noise. 'ARROW!' He thought frantically. He knew where it was going to hit him, and caught it an inch away from his area. Upon inspecting it, he realized it was a very old fashioned arrow. He felt it. Real bird feathers and a rock sharpened to a point. "What the hell?!" He said. "Umm...Percy, why do you have an arrow?" He heard Sadie say warily. When he inhaled to answer, he heard another one. He caught it also. This one was on trajectory for his open mouth. That was all he needed. "Sadie, RUN! Now!" "B-Bu—" "NOW!" He bellowed. "Please Sadie." He whispered whole cocking his head slightly. He heard her sigh. "Fine, but if you die, I'm going to kill you." Then she turned and ran. He twirled around right as a throwing knife was aimed at his face. He heard 15 sets of heartbeats. "Who's there?!" He yelled, "She had nothing to do with my dad so you might as well come out! Now!" What was making him so spooked was the fact that he heard 15 sets of heartbeats, but he heard 16 sets of footsteps. He quickly put on his blindfold and took off his button down shirt. He put his red B.A.G. hoodie on with the hood down. He collapsed his blind stick. Karito was too big to fit in the pack, so he couldn't fit much. He would have to use it as a weapon. He heard multiple bows being pulled back, probably aimed at him. "Put the stick down, boy." A female voice said. Now that he thought about it, they were all females. He suddenly heard a single footstep behind him, but he was too late. He twirled around, and was hit in the head.
