Sorry for not updating yesterday! I wasn't feeling good yesterday so I decided to take a small break.
So today is Midoriya's birthday! The art above is mine, so no stealy stealy (as if anyone would want to haha).

Izuku sat up and stretched, looking at the time.
5:32 PM. His clock read. He sighed.
I guess I should get up.
And so, Izuku got up and walked to Iida's room. It was his birthday, but everyone seemed to have forgotten, so he figured he might as well spend the rest of the day with Iida and Todoroki. As he approached Iida's dorm, he knocked twice. Nothing.
Huh. Izuku huffed, heading back towards the elevator. I'll check Todoroki's dorm. And so he went to the fourth floor and walked to Todoroki's room, knocking. Still nothing. He opened the door, sighing sadly as he saw an empty room.
I guess they went out. But without me? They always include me! He thought, getting frustrated. His boyfriends knew how Izuku was. He was an attention whore. It was always required to include him in activities or he felt excluded.
(A/N: Midoriya has separation anxiety in this AU and is about to suffer from a panic attack, so TW!)
Izuku felt tears building in his eyes.
Gah! I'm such a child, crying over being excluded! It's fine, I don't even deserve to be with them. His thoughts began submerging his brain as he curled up on Todoroki's bed, tears running down his cheeks. He knew he shouldn't have jumped to conclusions, but he couldn't help it. Just like he couldn't help the tightness consuming his chest.
Izuku began to breathe quickly and shallowly, dizziness making his head throb. The tears ran faster down his cheeks as breathing became a difficult task. He tried to choke back sobs but he failed miserably, letting them rack his chest and leave his throat loudly.
(A/N: END OF TW!)
Just when Izuku felt like he was about to pass out, he felt arms wrap around his shoulders. His breathing slowed down and his head stopped throbbing as he felt those arms squeeze him comfortingly.
"Hush, it's ok. You don't need to cry. I and Iida are right here." Izuku heard Todoroki's calming, usually monotonous, voice murmur into his ear.
He whipped around and clung onto Shoto, squeezing him tightly.
"I-I-I'm s-sorry. . ." Izuku choked out, crying into his boyfriend's shoulder. He felt Todoroki's hand on the back of his head, his quirk cooling it down.
"You don't need to apologize, Izuku. We should've known that you would've gone to Shoto's room." He heard Iida's, usually booming voice, which was now quiet and soothing, behind him.
"W-where were you g-guys?" Izuku sniffled, sitting up in Shoto's lap and looking at Tenya. His boyfriends looked at each other.
"We were planning on surprising you in your room for your birthday, but you weren't in there, so we checked in Tenya's room and the common room, but you weren't in either of those places. We didn't think you'd be in here, so we were going to make a plan to find you in my room, but then we heard you sobbing in here." Shoto explained, rubbing Izuku's head soothingly. Izuku sniffled.
"You remembered my birthday? I thought you forgot..." He choked out, feeling himself tear up again. Tenya smiled reassuringly, wiping the tears from Izuku's face.
"Of course we wouldn't forget! It's our job to remember your birthday!" He replied, looking shocked that Izuku would suggest such a thing. Shoto turned Izuku to face him and placed a kiss on his forehead.
"I'd throw myself off of a bridge before I let myself forget your birthday."
"SHOTO! DON'T SAY THAT! TAKING SUCH ACTIONS AGAINST YOURSELF IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THIS RELATIONSHIP!" Izuku laughed as Tenya scolded Shoto in his usual manner, karate chops and all. Shoto cracked a smile, ruffling Izuku's hair.
"C'mon. Let's go downstairs. Bakugou made us cupcakes." Shoto whispered in his ear so Tenya wouldn't hear.
"Really?"
"Yeah, now let's run so Tenya doesn't-"
"NO CAKE BEFORE DINNER! KEEPING A HEALTHY DIET IS ESSENTIAL! AS SUCH-" But before he could finish reprimanding his boyfriends, they had booked it out the door towards the elevator.
"HEY!"
