The Surviving class were in silence as they as they got off the elevator, they went into the trial room, going to their podiums. This time when standing at their podiums they realized no new portraits were there. Everyone looked even more determined and hopeful to get out the truth, In belief that Kirade is innocent. Nozomu looked at what all she knew. Keeping her Hacking gun she thought was missing close to her in a little comfort as it reminded her about home. She was determined to leave, these ups, these downs, Each time this damn bear was in her way to true Hope she'd fight back till she ended dying. This was The Final Trial for them. And no way were they gonna back down now.

Monokuma was in his chair, observing and chuckling. He smirked and devilishly banged a gavel on the arm of his chair. The Despairing trials have reached its final battle and Monokuma had the look of pure villainous Evil on his face. He had bet on Hope loosing, he wanted Hope to lose, to crush these twerps in Despair and destroy whatever Hope they had left. He sat there on his Chair and Banged on his gavel, signaling the start.

Monokuma: Let's again begin with a basic explanation of the class trial! So, your votes will determine the results. If you can figure out "whodunnit" then only they will receive punishment. But if you pick the wrong one... then I'll punish everyone *besides* the blackened, and the one that deceived everyone else will graduate!

Monokuma: Its AGAINST SCHOOL RULES for me to have done... whatever this is about again

Nozomu:... Okay if were going to do this right, We need to start over and, I guess, Explain to Monokuma why were here... which I theorize he Already know, and is us making us waste time.

Nozomu: SO... to start off.. We are here for the Retrial of the 5th Class Trial. The Death of Kuzato Kyasuke

Tsuyoi: I remember feeling bad for getting it wrong... I knew something was off.

Mokki: We all got it wrong...

Monokuma: Oh did you now? Cause I remember the results being correct on-

Nozomu: No. They were not. We can start off by saying there is new evidence on the case.

Monokuma: New Evidence?

Nozomu:.... I believe the Mastermind was the one that killed Kuzato... Framing Kirade

Monokuma: Going straight for it are we?

Nozomu: Might as well. This isn't a normal class trial, Don't want to bore the Audience outside...
