I didn't know what to say so I just stare at him, clueless. He just averts his eyes off me and continues walking, acting as nothing happened. While rolling my eyes, I just followed him quietly and let my heart flutter with happiness.

The Hallway Prince apologized when I had already made up my mind to hate him, kinda interesting.

God, he changed like a chameleon so I don't know what to think of him. I can't don't understand him at all. But at least he apologized for his awful behaviour, such a relief.

We both finally reached inside my room where he gently lies Angie down on the bed and then looks right back at me and pierced my eyes with his icy ones which halt my breaths sending shivers down my spine.

"Can he stop looking at me like that? It really performs something on me which makes me lose my senses and I just don't want that".

As if he realized he lowers his gaze off me and said," Don't worry, she will be okay. She just fainted".

I give him a subtle nod because I have no idea what to say. It's like I can't even think straight when he's around. Hea hypnotic, mysterious and murky which lures me more towards him.

There is something very odd about him, I always feel like he has control over me, my mind even my soul. Maybe it's just in my head and I am overthinking. It's just been a few hours and I am attracted to this guy whom I barely know.

I'm fucked up like seriously...

Someone snap the finger in front of my eyes and I was startled looking directly into his deep mesmerizing brown chocolaty eyes, " Hey! You here or not?"

I coughed, still unable to look away as if he has trapped me in those beautiful orbs of his. I can see myself suppressing inside them, doesn't want to get out or even resist him.

Get a grip, Bethany...

I smiled feeling unsettled, " I am good you know fine".

He stares at me doubly then nods, as if not interested further.

"Alright, I should leave then," He tells not even looking at me.

I nod again and there was an awkward silence filling in between us. Everything about him is a mystery within. And when he left, I caught my lost breath still peering at his walking figure which is slowly receding with each of his big steps.

Soon he dashes out of my sight and I frown thinking there is something dark and uncertain about him but what?

The way he is fascinating me isn't normal, it's far away from normal.

I just shook my head and lays down next to Angie hugging her. I'll choke Cathy next time for hurting my friend.

"I am okay Beth, " A familiar voice made me tilt my head up to find Angie looking right back at me with a smile.
