Mortal Crush {being edited}

Adria's POV

Wow. . . I found out that gods were real and apparently I was a daughter of Aphrodite. I was right now in my bed thinking about all that has happened last night. I have to make sure Miles does not break up Annabeth and Percy. Once I saw them, I am pretty sure that it would be impossible. Another thing is that this is the only reason that makes sense with all those weird things happening to me. I sighed. What am I going to tell everyone. I have to be so secretive. It is like I am living a double life. Is this how Annabeth felt when we kept asking questions? I hope not. Another thing is that I am horrible at keeping secrets when I am under pressure and they all no this. So they are probably going to use my weakness.  I looked around and saw that a few of my cabin mates were already out. I might of just got here but I know that they love beauty sleep. That is when I decided to go out and see what was going on. I got up took a quick shower and brushed my teeth. When I got outside  everything was a mess. There a few things toppled over. The arena was a disaster with weapons everywhere. I looked around. Everyone was running around looking for something. Even Chiron! And I am pretty sure he keeps away from the camps problems. I went over to him. As I got closer I heard that he was screaming . . . Percy!? Why? 

¨Um. . . Chiron wh-¨ I started.

¨Oh good your here, can you look for Annabeth she is somewhere in the woods¨ he said while galloping away.  Um. Ok. I ran to the woods to find Annabeth crying. I went up to her and hugged her.

¨Hey. What is wrong¨ I asked her. I wanted to know what happened as well as help her.

¨P-percy he w-went missing¨ she said between sobs. What?!

¨What do you mean.¨ I asked.

¨Well, I mean he got kidnapped.¨ she said. I might if only known Percy for a little bit, but I am sure he was a really good friend. I looked up and down at Annabeth. Her clothes were crumpled and wrinkly and her hair was a tangled mess. Her face was really red. 

¨Come on, we can go to the big house and talk about this.¨ I told her. She just nodded. We both walked back into camp. It was a little less chaotic but people were still running around. We went to the big house and I gave her some coffee. I don't know about her but for me coffee makes me feel better. 

¨So. Percy is missing¨ I told her. This was probably the most she opened to me. I have never seen her cry. She nodded.

¨We could ask Chiron to organize search parties.¨ I said. 

¨Yeah¨ she said. That is when Chiron came in. Perfect time. I wonder if he actually listened. 

¨So did you girls decide on what to do.¨ he said. We both nodded

¨We think it would be best to send search parties for him. He has a powerful sent so it would not be that hard.¨ I said for Annabeth as she still looks like she is on the verge on crying. Chiron nodded and went back outside. By now the rest of my Cabin mates were probably awake. I looked at Annabeth.

¨Annabeth, we still have to go to school tomorrow.¨ I told her.

¨Yeah. . . I know.¨ she said. I hope it is not that bad for her. It would be horrible if she broke down in the middle of class. Her teachers are going to be worried. What do I say. 

Oh, hey. Don't worry about Annabeth her boyfriend just got kidnapped  by some monsters, probably. We still have not found him yet or who are the monsters who kidnapped him. Oh and we might be next! 

 Yeah . . . the teachers would probably call the mental health hospital. I am really looking forward for tomorrow. Not.

Next day.

Me and Annabeth were standing in front of our school. Yesterday me and Annabeth got to know each other. I officially hate her stepmother. Or step monster as Annabeth calls her. I looked at Annabeth. Her hair was messy and she has bags under her eyes. She is wearing Percy's sweater. We looked at each other and stepped in to the school. We saw our friends and went up to them.

¨ Hey gu-¨ began Mark.

¨ What is wrong¨ he said while hugging Annabeth. She broke down with tears and a few even came to my eyes.

¨P-percy h-he¨ she said. Well almost. She just started crying in the end of the word he. Miles looked like he was going to kill. Oh no. He got it all wrong.

¨ Don't worry, I will give a piece of my mind for breaking your heart.¨ he said.

¨What?¨ asked Annabeth.

¨ I said I will give h-¨ ge started.

¨We know what you said. But Percy did not cheat. H-he got kidnapped.¨ I said. There eyes widened and they went to comfort her. Well except Miles. He tried to look sad but he was failing so badly. I could clearly see he was happy. I smirked. Wait till he finds out that Percabeth will never break up!
