Mortal Crush {being edited}

Miles POV

   I kicked the toilet in the bathroom stall. Life was so frustrating. Percy and Annabeth came back and they seemed to be closer than ever. But I knew this was just an act. Percy probably threatened Annabeth to act like she loved him when secretly she wanted to try and kiss me! Yes, that was probably it. Annabeth is a smart girl, she is probably already trying to figure how to get out of Percy's evil clutches. Yes! And all I got to do is wait. Wait for Annabeth to have enough and come running to me, then I will fright Percy in front of the school and defeat him. Annabeth will come running to me and kiss me. I will kiss back and Percy will run away crying, like the coward he is. Me and Annabeth will become the IT couple. And I will propose when we get older and she will say-

"NO" yelled someone outside of the bathroom. 

   I sighed, so much for planning ways to break Percy and Annabeth. I washed my hands in the sink and went outside to see what all the commotion was about. It was Cassidy and Ryan fighting. Ryan was like those jock/player/bully guys that every school just seems to have. Ryan has blonde hair with green eyes. ( I apologize if this is your name, I just wrote the first name that came to my mind ) Ryan and Cassidy dated during the beginning of school. But for some reason they both broke up. No one knows why, they don't talk about it. I hid behind a  few lockers and listened.

"I said no Ryan!" screamed Cassidy. I have wondered why no one heard her. I know it was after school and only people who were in clubs stayed back. But I looked at the time and  realized that all the clubs were over. My eyes widened, I had to leave school 20 minutes ago. I started walking away carefully. Then I looked back and saw that Cassidy and Ryan were still arguing. I sighed and stayed back to watch.I guess home could wait. 

"Please Cass, for me" Ryan said winking at her. I internally puked.

"First of all, DON'T CALL ME CASS! Second, I said no!" yelled Cassidy. I winced, she has such a loud voice.

"Please, I will do anything!" said Ryan.He seemed like he was hopeless.

"No! I will not go to that party of yours! Take some other girl! I mean, don't you have a lot of experience cheating on girls, and plus, I am not going to help you break somebody's heart!" Cassidy turned around and started walking away. What was this about? Ryan ran after her. 

"Please Cassidy, Lydia is so annoying and clingy. She said she will tell my dad if I break up with her! The only way to get rid of her is for her to get drunk and kiss somebody. Then I will have a good reason to break up with her. But the only way to get her drunk is to take another girl with me to the party." said Ryan. Oh, this was just high school drama. I do wonder who Lydia is though, I have not heard of her. I shook my head and quickly ran away. Once I was outside the school, I started walking home when I thought I saw someone run inside the school. The person had black hair, but that was all I could see. I knew I should not follow but my curiosity got the best of me. I ran inside the school again. I looked around and saw the pool door open. I was one hundred percent sure that was not there before. I ran and saw.. PERCY! What was he doing here. I looked around and saw Cassidy come on from the other door to. My eyes widened. Percy must be cheating on Annabeth with Cassidy! This is perfect! I took out my phone and waited. 

Percy took out a.. coin? What? And was the water..... MOVING!! I blinked. No.. I was probably just imagining it. Then I saw a mirror pop up? What the... And were Percy and Cassidy talking to the mirror! Percy is not only abusive, he is mental! And so is Cassidy! Then Percy closed his eyes and crouched down to touched the water? Cassidy was looking at the water. I looked at it but only saw a  few ripples. Was I also mental! (Took ya long enough to figure it out )That's when I accidentally tripped. Uh oh. Percy stopped what ever he was doing and looked at me. Then I felt this huge wave at me. The last I saw was Percy's and Cassidy's faces.

30 minuted later

I woke up to see that I was in my room. How... I sighed and got up. I got down and walked out my room and went down stairs. I braced myself from my moms lectures of coming home late. I blinked. Why was I late, I remember Cassidy's and Ryan's argument and the I remember following Percy.. but that was it. I reached the bottom of the the stairs and saw my mom talking to.. PERCY!!! What was he doing here.

"Hey mom" I said trying not to yell at Percy to get away from my mom.

"Hey sweetie, this nice boy from your school helped you. You should really be more careful, are you ok?" she asked. Nice! Percy was anything but nice.

"Yeah, I am ok mom" I said. Then I glared at Percy when my mom was not looking. But he looked like he faced worse. This made me even more mad.

"Good." she said. She had her black hair in a bun so it did not fall on her blue eyes.

"Well, I have to go, bye Mrs.Talyu, bye Miles" he said smiling.

"Bye" my mom said.

"Bye" I said as cheerfully as I can. Which was not a lot. Percy walked out the door and my mom shut it behind him. Then she turned and faced me. I sighed, here comes the lecture.

Hey guys! I just wanted to say that this chapter was inspired by someone. So... yeah, I did not think of this chapter completely by myself. I had help.
