Mortal Crush {being edited}

Adria's POV

I was sleeping peacefully when there was a large banging on the door of my cabin. Why I was at camp you ask. Well apparently after me and Annabeth went on another search in California we found out that camp wants to train newer campers because of them suspecting that the second great prophecy has begun. But I am leaving tomorrow to go to school. I looked around the cabin. The cabin had pink walls with makeup tables and closets filled with dresses everywhere. The air smelled like perfume, but I did not care. I actually liked my cabin as it was totally my style. It is kind of like a dream room for me. All of my  siblings were sleeping. I was quite shocked. I mean I know how my siblings love there beauty sleep, but wow, that noise was loud. I quickly got up. I looked at my panda onesie. Yeah, you hear me right, a panda onesie. I think it is cute! So don't judge me. Eh who ever it is just has to deal with me wearing a panda onesie. I went to the door and turned the nob. I then found a blur of blonde and orange jump at me. I realized that it was Annabeth. Wow. What is up with her. Why is she so hyper. The last time I had seen her like this was when Percy was still here. Percy.

"Hey Annabeth" I said from underneath her. I looked at her. She was wearing a high ponytail with her camp half-blood t-shirt, some black leggings, and her camp half-blood necklace. She looked so pretty even though she had no make up. I envied her for that. But not so much that I would break our friendship for it.

"Hey Adria" she said.

"Um. . . can you get of me" I said. 

"Huh, oh. Oops. Sorry"  she started, while getting of me of course.

"Well what is wro-" I started once we were both back on our feet. That's when I heard a soft snore from my siblings.

"Can we do it some where else" I asked her. She nodded.

"Ok. Let me change first." I said. She looked at me and laughed. I blushed and ran to the closet. Care full not to wake up my siblings. If they did not get there beauty sleep they would be very cranky in the morning. And we don't need a lot of cranky Aphrodite kids. I smirked and changed into my Camp half-blood t-shirt and black shorts. I already had my camp half-blood necklace on. Even though it was empty it still felt like home and like I have been here for years already. I smiled and started combing my hair. It was not that messy so it did not take long. I decided to leave it down because I was feeling to lazy to do something with it. I went back to the cabin door. Annabeth was standing right in front of it.

"Come on let's go" she said. I smiled and nodded. Together she led me into the Poseidon cabin. I saw her sniffle back tears.

"Hey, we don't have to enter if you don't want to." I said.

"No, it is fine." she said. She nodded her head in the direction of the bunk bed. We both sat on it. Then there was some awkward silence that I decided to break.

"So what is it?" I asked curiously. I saw Annabeth smile. This news must be good because I have not seen Annabeth smile since the day Per- he got kidnapped.

"Well I got a dream from Hera saying that we will find a boy with one shoe at the wilderness academy (is that it) because he will be a clue to finding Percy" she says excitedly. I did not need Annabeth to finish the sentence to now what it meant.

"That is great news. We need to tell everyone" I said. She just nodded. We both ran to the big house. By now everyone in the camp was awake doing there own business. When we got to the big house we saw Chiron sitting on the big house porch, staring to the distance probably thinking about Percy. 

"Chiron, Annabethhas some news. Go on Annabeth" I said while slightly pushing her to Chiron. She scowled at me. I smiled. Annabeth looked back at Chiron.

"Well. Hera came to me in my dreams and said to look for the boy with one shoe at the wilderness academy because he will be a clue to finding Percy." she said, excited once again. Chiron was shocked and sat in silence for a moment till I could not take it anymore.

"Ok. So? What are we going to do?" I asked. He seemed to be thinking about something.

"Well. A goddess visiting you in a dream is very rare. But it also means it is very serious. We will do it. Annabeth, pick someone to ride with you. You will go tomorrow." he said smiling.

"I pick Adria" she said. I was touched she picked me but I could not do it.

"Sorry, but my dad wants me back in the house tomorrow."  I said. Annabeth looked sad.

"Oh, it is fine.How about Butch. We can also take Will's chariot." she said. Chiron nodded. I smiled. I might not be there to see it but at least I have hope that Percy is alive some where. We just have to find him.

Sorry about not updating soon. I usually post it in the night but yesterday my mom took the chrome book away from me. But here it is! I hope you enjoy it. BYE!!!
