After our dine in, we went back outside and decided to walk around before reaching a park and sitting at one of the benches.

I was looking through my IPad and still saw that there were still clumps of ghosts around although they won't dare to show themselves. I could probably force them out, but considering what happened at Nasty Burger, I wanted to be prepared.

One at a time.

"You think we should ask the locals about the ghost attacks? They seem familiar with it, almost used to it..." Will mused. I grimaced at such a thought.

"If they are use to it, does that mean there are more loose souls around causing mayhem when they are not supposed to? The damn paperwork if that was actually true... as if Hades didn't have enough at his hands already," I groaned, rubbing my temple.

Will just smiled softly, before saying, "What are we going to do?"

"Well... before we do that, get ready for the life similar to a runaway because we are going to be here for a while and I have to find an empty place to call home for who knows how long," I said.

"What happened to hotels or renting a place?" Will asked.

"Finding an abandoned place and living there is actually much easier and free than doing that," I said.

"Is that what you do every mission?" Will asked.

"Yep, but you have no idea how comfy those places could be with some sprucing. So, base headquarters and then information gathering. I'm not going about this blind," I said, already getting up from the bench and Will just following me.

Eventually, we finally found an empty hotel building that after multiple ghost attacks were  happening years ago and thus closed down, but I feel no such thing. Might be rumors, maybe a few ghosts reside here but unlikely as well... according to the IPad, there doesn't seem to be it.

Eventually, we went to the first floor and occupied a double bed room after breaking the door down.

I was now looking through the IPad and frowned at the massive number of dots, before deciding to get my phone and scrolling through any news concerning ghost attacks at this small town. There aren't.

But why do people look like they are used to it? Maybe this stuff doesn't come out as news to others outside Amity Park and dismissed as ghost nonsense... yeah, that could be it.

As I have exhausted every resource I have and still left in confusion, I turned to Will and said, "OK, time for information gathering, and you are the one doing it because Gods know that no one wants to talk to me..."

"Hey, that's not true. You always just distance yourself from people. If you open up more, I'm sure people will take a liking to you," Will argued.

"While that may be true, you are far more approachable than me," I said.

"And one day, you will be far more approachable than me... but alright, I will do it. What am I supposed to ask anyway?" Will asked.

"Mostly about the ghost attacks, whether they are common here or not, and afterwards a little more about it..." I said.

"A little more about it...?" Will asked.

"Well... the ghosts have to come from somewhere and I'm sure they have a name for it, hopefully," I said.

"Yeah, but the name of where the ghosts came from is called the Underworld, right?" Will asked.

"Not this time. Those two ghosts... they did not register as escapees of the Underworld. Not only that, they are abnormal. Ghosts do not have powers to shoot lasers or transform into Meat Monsters..." I said.
