Summer's POV

Today is Monday and the first day of my job. I have an afternoon job schedule today since my class is only 7am to 1pm. I am excited for my first day that I can't contain it. Niall and I are on our way to our last class when his phone rang.

"It's my cousin, Liam. Sorry but I gotta go, Summer." Niall tells me. "It's an emergency."

"Okay. Take care, Niall." I tell him before we split ways.

The last class went the usual. We are dismissed 15mins early. Even so, I headed at the bookstore so I can start my job right away.

"Good afternoon!" I greeted when I entered the shop.

I saw Beth from the counter and she smiled and waved at me. I approached Beth at the counter.

"You're early, dear." Beth smiled at me.

"Just a few minutes early though."

"Okay. Your job is just to fix the books in their respective orders or places or categories and assist the customers if they need anything." Beth instructed.

"Got it!" I tell her.

"I will be handling the cash register then." She tells me and I nod.

I placed my things in the locker at the employee room. I wore my work uniform and my name plate with my name on it.

I went back at the store and started organizing the books. Beth seems to be happy with my performance in my first day of the job and I feel proud about it. Later on, the bell at the entrance rang and I turned to see a guy who I assume is at the same age as me.

"Hello." I greeted. "How can I help you?" I smiled at him.

"Uhm, hi, uhh." He paused then he looked at my name plate. "Summer?" And I nod. "I am looking for this book, do you have it in here?" He asked then he gave me small paper with a book title on it.

I read the paper and I nod yes. I lead him at the shelf where the Classical Books are placed. I pulled out the book and handed it to him.

"Thanks." He smiled. Before turning his back at me and make his way to the counter.

I am fixing up some books when I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turn around to see the guy who asked for my help. "Yes?" I ask him.

"Thanks again." He smiled. "I am Harry by the way."

"Summer." I smiled.

"Okay, Summer. I'll go ahead. Thanks again." Then he made his way out of the shop.

Honestly, with all his tattoos and some like bad boy outfit, you wouldn't think that he likes classical books. But I find it cute.

"Summer!" I heard Beth called and I rushed into her.

"Yeah?" I ask her.

"Can you close the shop for me?" She asked me. The shop closes at 9pm everyday.

"Of course." I smiled.

I don't mind closing the shop for Beth since she is a bit old to be going home at 9pm. Beth at 8:30pm, leaving me alone at the shop. I pulled out a book and read some pages while I wait for 9pm. I sat at a couch and read some lines of the book that I pulled out.

Jay's POV

I am outside the bookshop where Calum's girl is working. I am waiting for her to come out so I can take her again against the Hoods. I am observing around when I heard a cough behind me. I turned to see Niall standing feet away from me.
