"Here's your coffee," Daniel smiled as he put a coffee on the desk in front of Daisy, "Thank you Danny," she smiled as she looked up from her phone hoping that it would help wake her up, "I told you leaving the morning of the day that you're needed in Milan," Daniel almost sounded like a concern parent which most certainly made Daisy laugh, "It was fun with Ben though," Daisy whispered to him as he walked off needing to get ready as well.
"If you move once more I'll stab you with this brush," the makeup artist Adam who Daisy had worked with for the first time on one of the first shoots that she had been on, "Sorry Adam," she giggled as she watched him go back into his eyeshadow palette, "So how's your lover boy?" Adam was referring to Christian since he had dropped me off for one of the shoots that I had done with Adam, "How many times do I have to tell you, Christian is just my best friend," Daisy groaned loudly as a few of the other models shushed her, "I still think that you two would make cute kids," Adam shrugged as Daisy looked at him with wide eyes, "The last time you saw us together must have been when we were seventeen," Daisy stared wondering how he thought two teenagers could make some cute kids, "You make it sound like I don't follow either of you on Instagram," Adam shook his head at the young girl as he then continued on with her makeup.
The first day of fashion week had been tough on both Daniel and Daisy who were in fact newbies to the thing. "I'm grateful neither of us are needed today," Daniel confessed to the younger girl as she nodded her head not wanting to be need anytime soon, "See we're both used to company shoots which aren't as intense," Daisy mumbled as they walked out of the hotel deciding that they wanted to go an explore the city which was hosting them for the next week. "These flowers are gorgeous smiled in awe as they walked past this gorgeous row of dark pink almost red flowers, "Smile," Daisy turned to see that Daniel had held up the camera which he had to argue with Daisy for ten minutes to justify why he wanted to bring it with him, "Stop making us look like bloody tourists," Daisy begged as he smiled but shook his head.
The two had arrived at an empty cafe which they thought was the decent place to catch up as well as just rest their feet, "So how's Ben?" Daniel asked as he sipped his coffee watching the younger girl blush, "He's doing well, he wanted me to spend another night with him but then I obviously had to come here," Daisy explained as her friend smiled seeing how excited she was about him, "I'm still sorry I wasn't able to come to your party," he still felt bad that he had missed the evening but once he heard that Daisy's best friend was there to keep her company as well as Ben he didn't feel nearly as bad, "Danny I get to spend time with you all the time, it's seriously fine," Daisy smiled seriously not being phased.
"So I was going to ask, are you coming to Portugal to watch England?" Ben assumed that Daisy would most likely be joining just due to the fact that Ross would be playing and she seemed to be the family member who was the most present, "I wouldn't miss his games for the world," Daisy explained assuming that it would answer his question, "At least I can get you in the right shirt for once," Ben teased as she let out a loud scoff and ended up dropping her phone off of the bed, "Well it's not my fault that you just seem to play for the wrong team," she said jokingly as she leaned over the bed to pick up her phone to see his sour expression, "There's nothing wrong with the Foxes Barkley," Ben defended the team that he currently played for as Daisy decided to pull his string, "Yea there is, you play for them," she giggled as he realized that she was just messing around with him, "We all know that I'm your favorite player there, there's no denying it," Ben teased as he watched her face turn red, "I'm sure your friend Katherine thinks I'm her favorite player," he joked not realizing how much his small joke affected her, "She only looks at the players based off looks," Daisy said harshly and she wasn't even lying, Katherine had tried to get with both Christian and Ross which Daisy didn't appreciate at all. "I'm sure we could get her to like football," Ben said still not realizing how much she wanted to slap him through the phone. "Oh I'm sure you two would get along so well," Daisy snarled as Ben was finally realizing that her mood had changed, "Daisy you alright?" Ben asked feeling concerned as to why she was acting like this, "I have to go," she sighed and abruptly ended the phone call just to end up calling Christian.
"You know the call was going so well but then he just had to go on about Katherine," Daisy pouted and watched the American sigh, "Daisy the day I met him he seemed like he was pretty into you, I seriously don't think he would do this to genuinely piss you off," Christian felt bad for the young girl and just wished that she would cut the toxic friend out of her life, "You know he's just really good, but I just don't want her to take him," Daisy didn't even realize it but she had actually started crying now, every time Daisy was flirting with a boy Katherine would just come into the picture and she genuinely hoped that this time it would be different. ———
