Ben was able to get Christians number from one of the guys which was incredibly thankful for as he tried to figure out why Daisy acted the way that she did on their FaceTime call that night.
"Man you know she would kill me if she found out that I was talking to you," Christian muttered still feeling pissed off that Ben had made Daisy cry,
"I know so I appreciate you talking to me, I just seriously have to ask what's going on between Daisy and Katherine," Ben asked as he watched Christians eyes go wide,
"Your lucky she isn't in the apartment so I can actually tell you the story, Katherine and Daisy used to be really good friends but then after Katherine tried to get with most of Daisy's friends which were all unsuccessful attempts she confronted her about it so Katherine stopped on the friends and ended up hitting on the guys that Daisy was talking to," Christian explained as Ben sat there with so many questions in his head,
"Wait so Daisy is in Germany?" Ben asked as Christian nodded,
"Yea she decided that she didn't want to go back to England" Christian bit his lip knowing that he was going to have to finally balls up and tell Ben what he needed to hear.

"Look Ben you seem like a nice guy and I'm hoping the way you made Daisy feel that night wasn't intentional, but I can tell she really does like you so just don't fuck it up," Christian added as he watched Ben smile
"Thanks for the heads up," Ben looked as though he had something else to say but then Daisy had arrived home from her afternoon wonder around the city,
"I have to go," Christian quickly hung up the phone feeling bad that he had shared some secrets that weren't his to use but he knew that it was done with his best friends interests at heart.
"Who was that?" Daisy asked as she heard her friend come into the living room,
"Oh I was just calling my mom," Christian lied knowing that if he told her the truth she would be confused,
"Oh it's pretty early for that," Daisy said thinking that his parents would usually have still been asleep,
"Yea but they are actually flying here today," he told her knowing that his parents were already an hour or two into their flight,
"Wait mama Pulisic is coming?" She got excited as she had gotten very close to his mum every time she would visit,
"It's a shame that I'll probably be gone by the time they arrive then," Daisy pouted as Christian looked at her slightly confused as to why she wouldn't be here,
"I took your advice last night and got myself a plane ticket home, I can't avoid Ben forever," he smiled seeing that his friend was finally going back home,
"Come here you," Christian pulled her into a hug not really knowing how to feel about his best friends departure.

"You're finally back," Daisy turned from the TV to see her older brother standing there confused as to why she was sitting on the couch,
"Oh shit I'm sorry, I forgot to tell you I was coming home didn't I?" Daisy awkwardly scratched the back of her neck as he nodded,
"It's fine at least your just back now," Ross pulled his younger sister into a hug not wanting her to leave anytime soon.
"Ross I know you might kill me but now seems to be the perfect time to tell you this," Daisy was slightly worried about what her older brother's reaction was going to be,
"You're not pregnant are you?" Daisy couldn't tell if he was joking or not so she just shook her head,
"Well I kinda like Ben," she blurted out as he just sat there processing what he heard,
"So I'm assuming your road trips with Daniel were bullshit," Ross looked at the other Barkley child and she could have sworn that he was using his poker face,
"Yea," Daisy muttered quietly as she watched a hurt look go onto her older brothers face and she instantly felt bad,
"I'm slightly hurt that you didn't tell me the truth before but if you genuinely like him then okay," Ross was surprisingly calm which didn't help Daisy's nerves at all,
"Yea D, you're old enough to make your own choices and I trust you around guys," Ross shrugged not really being too phased by the information that he had just learnt.
"If I knew you were going to act like this I would have told you from the get go," Daisy joked as she watched Ross shake his head,
"No because then I would have told you that you have to get to know him better before you say something like that," Ross shot back as he heard a phone ringing and peaked over to see that Ben was currently trying to FaceTime Daisy,
"Lover boy is calling you," Ross teased as Daisy felt slightly excited to just see him again,
"We will talk later okay," she pointed to her older brother and then made her way out of the living room before connecting to the call.

"Hey," Daisy said awkwardly hoping that he wouldn't bring up their last FaceTime call,
"You look nice," she added with a smile as she saw his wet hair and assumed that he had just gotten out of the shower,
"I want to apologize," Ben blurted out as Daisy got slightly confused,
"It wasn't my intentions to push your buttons the way I did that day you were in Milan," Ben added as he watched Daisy shake her head,
"No Ben, it was just banter that I took the wrong way. And I feel like I kinda need to explain it to you," Ben sat there with a slight smile on his face as Daisy was about to somewhat confide in him,
"So boys have kinda become a competition for her and she's the kinda person where if she wants something she gets it," Daisy briefly explained as she didn't want to go into the full story,
"You know I have no interest in that girl right? She scares me," Ben muttered the last part as Daisy let out a giggle hearing it,
"She does it to most of my friends who play football, this one time she asked Trent how he ran up and down the pitch so easily," Daisy explained with a snort as he sat there with a huge grin on his face,
"I missed your laugh," Ben said quietly as he realized the last time he had heard it was in February and they were now a few days into March,
"I missed you," Daisy confessed as Ben sat there with an even bigger smile on his face,
"I missed you too,"
