"Morning, Mom!" I greeted her as I gave her a kiss on the cheek
"Morning, Sweetheart! Are you feeling alright already?"
"Yeah. Im totally fine now. Thanks Mom."
"Okay. That's really nice to hear. Im off to work. I'll be back at 4pm. I'll meet your dad for dinner. Are ya coming?"
I gave Greyson the "should-I-go-or-what" look.
"Mrs. [Your last name], I was thinking about taking [YN] with me today. Would that be good?" Greyson asked to cut out the silence.
"Please mom?" I begged. "I promise to stay safe!! And, you and dad could make it a date! Just for today please?" I gave her the cheeky smile. Greyson creeped his fingers to mine, holding them tight.
"Alright. Alright. But only until 7pm, okay Greyson?" Mom said.
"That's a promise." Greyson smiled.
"YESSSS!!! THANK YOU MOM! I LOVE YOU!!!" I gave her a hug. "Thank you Mrs. [YLN]. Greyson thanked humbly.
"Okay. Okay. You two love birds grab some breakfast and do what you want. Don't try to burn the house." Mom said as she walked out of the door.
Me and Greyson laughed. We sat down and ate breakfast. "Plans?" I asked. "Umm.. what?" Greyson looked up to me with food dripping down his mouth. It looked cute but.. a bit of disgusting. "Greyson! Yuck! There's do you know what you're doing?!" "HAHAHAHA. I THOUGHT YOU FOUND IT CUTE. Naaah. Im just goofing around."
