THE next morning I woke up in an unfamiliar bed, half-naked. "Shit," I mumbled. I looked around for my dress and shoes. I got up out of the bed and instantly had a headache. I walked out of the bedroom immediately realizing where I was.

I looked around for Spencer and saw that he was reading on the couch. "How drunk was I last night?" I asked him, rubbing my temple. "Pretty drunk. You called me sexy and took your dress off," he laughed. "Speaking of my dress, where the hell is it?" I asked. "It's right here," he said, walking over to it.

"Did I do anything else?" I asked. "No. That was it," he smiled. "Thanks for taking care of me," I went over to hug him. As we hugged, I planted a kiss on his cheek. I slid my dress back over my body and walked out of the apartment.

I showered really quickly and took some Advil for my hangover. It wasn't really helping at all. Once I had showered, I got dressed in a tan-colored button-up tucked into a white skirt that had a slit up the middle. I wore tan stilettos and curled my hair.

I heard a knock at my door and I saw that it was Reid. "Do you want to go get coffee?" he asked me. "Yeah, I'd like that," I said. "Do you have your go-bag?" I asked him. "Yeah," He said and picked it up off of the floor. "Great. I'll get mine and we can go," I smiled and went back inside, grabbing my keys and bag.

"Let's go," I said, locking my apartment. We walked to the coffee shop since it was really close. Once we had gotten our coffees we both had gotten a call. "Damn," I said, answering it.

"Hotchner," I said. "Ah, yes, my favorite Hotchner. We have a case and we need you in immediately," she said and hung up. Spencer and I looked at each other and got up at the exact same time, taking our coffees with us.

Since we had walked to the coffee shop, we had to walk to work, which it wasn't far. Spencer was spitting out statistics left and right. It was really cute.

When we got to the doors of the BAU, we both walked in. We dropped off our bags and went to the round table room. We had to wait for Emily to get here because she was running a tad bit behind.

"Traffic. I'm sorry," she says while walking in. "Let's get started," Hotch says. "Ok. Ten-year-old Sammy Sparks of Lafayette, Louisiana, showed up at his elementary school this morning covered in blood. When police got to his house, they found that his parents, Charlie and Alison Sparks, were missing," Garcia starts. "Well, if forensics indicates that at least one of them was injured, by the looks of it, it was pretty severe," Morgan says. "Has there been a ransom demand?" Emily asks.

"There's been no communication whatsoever," Garcia says. "Then why call in the BAU?" Rossi asks. "New Orleans is hoping we can interview Sammy," Hotch says. "No one's talked to the witness yet?" Reid asks. "I don't understand. If Sammy was covered with blood, there's a good chance he could identify the unsub," I say. "Sammy's autistic. Getting him to tell us what happened isn't gonna be easy," Hotch says.
