Resisting The Alpha (ON HOLD)

Chapter 2

I still have no idea what I'm doing but i've always wanted to write so I'm still going to continue writing this story and see how it goes!

Anastasia POV: 

 I was running so fast, they were right on my tail. I yelped when I felt his jaws snap onto my tail. He bit harder and swung me into a tree and I tried to get up and continue to run but the impact really injured my spine. I turned my head to the side and saw all of them charging at me, Ears back, teeth bared. I simply laid there waiting for my end, helpless. Then he lunged at me as he let out a deafining snarl as he landed on me and his jaws going for my jugular. His jaws ripping into - 

 I jumped up. Wide awake, out of breath and sweating. I then realised It was just a dream.  I placed my hand on my chest to feel my now racing heart. I breathed in and out very slowly to calm my heart rate down. I sat down and went back through what happened last night. 

*Flash back to last night* 

I was awakened by the sound of my father shouting. I got up out of my little corner, which I call a bed when really it is just a blanket in the corner of a dirty room with nothing but a window which is has bars to prevent escape,  I winced at the pain I felt all over my body. Alpha Richard didn't like the way I polished the whole kitchen yesterday and had asked me to do it all over again. After I did it again he still wasn't impressed and thought I was deliberately doing it the 'wrong way' to wind him up, which I wasn't, then he pulled me by the hair and kicked me repeatedly in the stomach then pulled me up and punched my arms. 

I got up and followed the sound of my Fathers voice. I finally found where he was. In Alpha Richard's Office. I brushed my hair behind my ear so I could hear better.

"I SAID NO AND THAT IS FINAL! DO YOU HEAR ME !? I.SAID.NO!" my father yelled on the top of his lungs. 

"How dare you raise your voice at your Alpha! And I never asked. I demanded. You will tell Anastasia that she will have to!" Alpha liam replied.

Me ? What did I have to do with this argument ? 

My father scoffed "Alpha ? How can you call yourself an Alpha!? You don't know how to even run a pack! You abuse everyone in your pack! You have hurt innocent children and treat us like slaves! and yet you still have the nerve to call yourself an Alpha ? Disgusting."

I heard footsteps approaching. I backed away until I was at the corner and I hid behind it. I peeked behind it and saw my father storm out of Alpha Richard's office. 

He was walking in my direction. He turned and saw me. His face was red and his eyes were black. I could tell he was struggling to keep his wolf under control. 

"What's wrong? Why was you arguing with Alpha Richard ?" I asked worried. I've never seen my father so angry. It scared me.

"Come with me." was all he said in a flat tone.

I followed him down the halls until we reached and empty room. He opened the door and walked in and I entered after him and saw my mother there pacing up and down with tears in her eyes and a worried expression across her face. 

"We're leaving now." my father said. What's happening ? why are we leaving ?

"I've packed everything that we will need already. I hid them in the wood where the tree we carved our names into is." My mother replied. 

"No time to waste. Lets go now." With that, He walked out the door, My mother took my hand in hers and lead me out the door and followed my father. 

"Mother what's happening? Where are we going? What did Alpha Richard want from me?" I asked my mother. "Anastasia, We will answer everything la-" I cut her off. She and my father always did this whenever there was a problem they would tell me that they'd explain later but never would and say it's for my protection. "Mother please tell me now." She sighed and look at my father. He closed his eyes and nodded and proceeded walking. "Anastasia.." My mother began. "A month ago Alpha Richard had demanded that you mate with him." I gasped. He wanted to mate with me ? No. I hated him with everything I got and just the thought of him mating with me made me sick and scared. "Shh honey. Don't worry, Me and your father made it very clear to him that, that was not going to happen no matter what." She looked at me and smiled weakly. We walked out the front door and headed towards my fathers car. This all seemed a bit to.. easy? Then my point was proven right. His beta stamped his paw onto the hood of my fathers car, destroying it completely. A snarl left his lips and my father replied with a snarl of his own. My father turned to me and my mother and whispered  "Run." he shifted and lunged at the beta. I tried running to him to help but my mother pulled me back. "Anastasia we need to run NOW!" Her eyes glowing amber. I nodded and we ran at supernatural speed. "Where are we going?" I said through our mind link. "Right now we need to get to the big tree Me,You and Your  Father carved our names into? Remember where it is ?" "Yes I do, what about father ?" I said worried about my father. "H-he will be fine" Then we heard 3 other wolves behind us. My mother stopped and and I ran back to her. "Anastasia go!" she shouted. The wolves getting closer. "No! I will stay with you Mother please!" I yelled. "Anastasia run! go find the tree, theres money in the bag to help you survive" Tears will filling my eyes. "Just remember that me and your father love you so much and that we always put you first before anything! I love you Anastasia. RUN NOW!" She shifted into her blonde wolf. I stood there with tears running down my face. She turned to me and growled. "I SAID RUN ANASTASIA! RUN!" she yelled through our pack link. 

I looked at her one more time before yelling "I LOVE YOU MOTHER! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!" I said before she lunged at the wolves.

I shifted and ran. I heard all the snarls behind me. I was so close to going back to help her but I had to do as my mother said. I ran till I found the tree. On one of the branches was a bag, I took it off the branch and stored it in my mouth and continue to run as I heard the beta and the others come for me. 

*End Of flashback*

I opened the bag. It was full of money, and clothes , bank account papers and a letter.

Dear my beautiful Anastasia, 

If you are reading this letter then that means one of us or both have not made it with you on our escape. I really hoped that we both would make it with you and that once we were safe we'd just rip up this letter but it seems like we haven't. We are so sorry that we couldn't be there for you right now. We know you are a strong girl and we want you to carry on! In the bag there is $17,000 to help you get on your feet and also the papers with all the information of the bank account we made you with money in there. Across the cliff, past the forest owned by no one. There is a town, In there find the diner called "Al's Diner" and tell Al everything that has happened. He will take care of you. I'm so sorry that this has happened Ana, We never wanted this life for you. We love you so much.
