Two Can Play Sneak Attacks

I know a lot of you waited for his comeback

Hiccup didn't expect he'll eventually come back to Berk. He avoided flying here and yes his hatred still stings. Never in his life he had called it home, he hated his old life but still this is where he grew up after all. And this was the island where it had started all.

He and Toothless settled down at the Cove, the place where it really had started. The place where he had bonded with a dragon. This place absolutely gave him the inner peace within him. It was still the same as he had left it right after they escaped the arena. Glad that no one from Berk had found time to visit this place yet, guess the vikings are too stubborn to go on to an adventure.

While he was away he had lots of adventures with his bestfriend, they've roamed around the whole viking archipelago, around Rome, Athens and a few places he can't name. He met new people like a few vikings, the Persians, some pirates and his least favorite the Roman Legion.

Romans weren't that kind to him and Toothless, they all thought he was one of those spies or low-lifes who tried to assassinate their ruler. Romans surely does throw away traitors and brand them as low-lives, sometimes they believe on what is superficial with this low-lives rather than hearing them out to explain. Their king isn't smart enough to believe what is real, their generals and commanding officers never do their jobs. They actually corrupt the region, that's why Rome is a troubled place to stay on for now.

Hiccup did set foot in Rome, he was captured while he and Toothless were camping out. They must have seen him flying with the dragon and sought out where they had landed. He was locked up in a prison and he had no idea where Toothless was. Somehow he got out, covered with injuries though.

That wasn't the last time he visited Rome, he comes back to look for something or be a trouble maker for Loki's sake.

Looking for trouble wasn't the only thing he did, he discovered a lot in his travels. He learned about his roots and lands yet to be named. He even met a few interesting people, even discovered one important person in his life. He had time to know them well and fully trusted them. Whenever be needed help they would always be there to back him up.

He calls them the Brotherhood. Well actually they weren't all male there were females too. They came from different races and different culture, branded traitors too from their own people. Some just joined the Brotherhood to move on from their horrible past, some just wants to....join thats all. They were all kind to him, yes, even though he has a pet dragon but Toothless knew they were no threat to both of them. The Brotherhood took Hiccup as their own once they had helped him out from the Roman's inhumane punishment. Once he regained his strength Hiccup let himself be a part of the Brotherhood and made them as his second family.

Although he still wanted to travel with Toothless, only, it wasn't discovering lands he now intends to do. He had learned well from the Brotherhood during his training with them. To have inner peace you must share upon others your strength and power. Of course everyone wants inner peace, Hiccup thought his inner peace would be just flying with Toothless and share the bond. But it hit him, if he wants the world of vikings to have peace between the dragons then he must help and save them from the corrupt.

He and Toothless had saved many lives indeed, including the dragons, without letting the vikings know it was him for it might harm the others. With great power comes great responsibilities. Therefore he needed to hide his identity.

So no one would know who he really is and who he was.

It was a bright shiny morning, Hiccup stretched before attaching his prosthetic leg. He patted his bestfriend before doing a few laps around the cove. He decided to make a run up the hills nearby. Toothless won't mind because he does that everyday but he's highly aware they are in place where people want them dead.
