So this book was made out of both boredom and inspiration from another Deadswap book on this website/app written by Balthazar5150. Check out their book.

So, this book is viewed from Blueberry or Underswap Sans' point of view. I have never done a book based completely on his view. He is a favorite character of mine. Since he has an innocent nature/personality, I decided to take my inspiration and make it go in years where he changes. In this book, Sans sees himself more as a fun loving father figure to Frisk (who starts out at thirteen) than a friend. That is just a heads-up from any weird conversations/actions that take place.

With that said enjoy!

"Uh, Papyrus?"

I looked around me. Where was I? My head hurt. Why did my head hurt? I couldn't remember much, why was there blood everywhere? Wait, blood!? I felt a sick feeling in stomach form. I wanted to stand up but I couldn't feel my legs. "Papyrus?" I said. "Sans, is that you?" I heard my name and looking around to see Frisk.

Now I remember, Frisk and Chara spilt when we got to the surface. We'd been on the surface for five years, but then a virus broke out and there was a panic. I got lost looking for Papyrus and got knocked over, I got trampled by people. That explains the pain I'm in. "Frisk, i-is that y-you?" My words started to slur. I heard her gasp and rush over to me hugging me. "I was so scared, I got lost in the crowd and hid." She stated. I hugged her back and shhed her. "I know you're scared, and I am to, but we need to get out of here. Can you help me stand?" I said. I wasn't wasting time. If there was blood here, then we really didn't need to be here. She nodded wiping her eyes. She grabbed my arm and helped my stand. I pulled my feet forward one after the other. "Sans, where are going to go? There are zombies everywhere." Frisk said. I looked down at her and blinked. "Zombies, I won't want to call them that. They got sick, how about Infected?" I said. "A name change, really? We need to get somewhere safe." She stated. "I just don't want to call them zombies. Anyway, how do you know about them being everywhere?" I asked. "When I went into hiding, I saw them walking everywhere after the crowd, they were eating p... p..." she couldn't finish her sentence.

Even if Frisk went on a genocide run, she was still a child. I was sure Frisk had never seen anyone eat a person. When you consider the look on her face, also not as gruesome. I sighed, where was a positive insight when you needed it? It left me stumped, that felt weird to me, unnatural even. I felt my soul sink, I was suppose to be positive, bright, where had my mind gone?

"How about we... stop... I'm getting a... bit dizzy..." I held my head with my free hand. "Oh goodness, Sans your skull has a a scar on the back, no wonder you're dizzy." Frisk stated. I was confused, I don't remember doing anything reckless. I reached back to feel a pretty tender marking on the back of my skull. I pulled my hand away. "I hope you're okay, does it hurt a lot or just a little?" She asked me. "I'm fine, we need to find a place go." I stated.

We walked along hallways and small rooms. I was still dizzy and it continued to get worse but I was sure we were in a department store. I guess that made sense, Papyrus and I had talked about building in another room to our house for the kid's. I had realized they stay the night at our house a lot. I yawned, this was talking a toll on my consciousness. I looked down at Frisk, she was sweating but refused to give in. "How's about we stay at the old Pawn shop, across from here, you can change out of those old dirty clothes and so can I." I said. I had realized when I stood up that I had blood going down the back of my shirt and pants. Frisk nodded and we made it to the door. "Wait, sit me down." I said and she did. "The Infected are out there so I need you to find something we can defend ourselves with. Find something." I told her. "But what if there are other zombies in here? I don't want you to get hurt." She said. I reached up towards her cheek and crest it with my thumb. "You are one of the strongest kids I know, and you know I'm not going to get hurt. Go on, you helped Chara some of the way on the pacifist route, told me so hisself. You're resourceful, you can do this." I told her. She nodded and ran off down the aisles. I coughed up blood, I guess that happens when you get a dent (or scar) in the back or your skull.
