After the release of Rita Skeeter's article in the Daily Prophet, things had only got worse for the raven-haired girl. Not only where Viktor's most loyal supporters sneering at her at every turn, but the entirety of Beauxbatons and the majority of Hogwarts also seemed to have created a large distaste for the girl.

Ms. Raven Howendale; daughter of Kefira Howendale, has a suspicious entrance into the Triwizard tournament. Whilst the fifteen-year-old claims she never entered her name, the young Durmstrang students seems to be relishing in the attention that now follows her through the Hogwarts halls and out into the wizarding world. - not true, in fact; Raven would sneak around most of the time in hope to keep away from the prying eyes of other students - For once, it seems the attention is not solely focused on Harry Potter; the Boy Who Lived.

The article taunted her, for whilst Rita Skeeter seemed to have a jolly good time writing about the unexpected champion; the other champions only had a line dedicated to them at the end of the article. Whilst Viktor assured the younger girl he didn't mind about the lack of attention he was getting for once, the same couldn't be said for Fleur Delacour and Cedric Diggory. Students left, right, and center would taunt the girl, blaming her for something she didn't even want to happen.

That was why, early one Saturday morning - whilst Neveah was eagerly getting ready, Raven sat on her bed the bags prominent under her eyes from the lack of sleep due to her busy mind, "Raven you've got to go!" Neveah urged, aggressively brushing her long, blonde locks, "I've heard all about it from Elliot. There's the best sweet shop!"

Raven didn't look up from her hands, "I should probably get prepared for the first task though," Raven admitted, "That Gryffindor girl; Hermione Granger has been trying to help me as much as she can. She's smart for a fourth year." Raven admitted.

Neveah groaned, "You've done nothing but prepare for the task; and what's the point? It could be anything," Now picking up Raven's necklace and handing it over to the girl, continued ranting, "I think the best thing for you to do would be just to get it off your mind for a while; it's not until Tuesday anyway, you've got loads of time!" Neveah then handed over the girls potion, which laid at the bottom of her open trunk - Raven drank it back quickly.

Raven groaned, clasping the orb-like necklace around her neck, "Fine," She murmured, standing up, throwing the vile back into her trunk, "I'll go, but if everyone starts taunting me you better feel guilty." Neveah beamed with excitement, throwing the Durmstrang fur-cloak at the petite girl, before dragging her out of the room and through boat out onto the deck, and up the bank at the side of the Black Lake.
