When Families Reunite

As the wet weather turned dry, they were several breaths of relief for the students who were now able to leave the castle without layers of coats and scarfs draped across their robed shoulders.
The air still had a chill to it - but it was now bearable to go for 'romantic' walks beside the Black Lake without slipping on the ice, or incessantly shivering from the bitter breeze. It was just neutral; just perfect.
Personally, Raven loves this time of year; not too hot, not too cold, it was just perfect. Although she would still find her thickest cloak and warmest jacket to wear inside and out of the castle, her lips would no longer turn blue from the bitter breeze.
She could now take walks outside in the mornings and allow the sun to beat down on the side of her face as she walked up to the castle for her cup of coffee in the mornings.
However, on this particular morning, as she walked into the large entrance hall, and through into the Great Hall to get her morning coffee, they were groups of people sitting in corners giggling, a magazine clutched tightly in their hands.
Raven found herself gravitating toward the Slytherin table after a warm smile from Blaise Zabini, and as she sat down she saw the same magazine clutched in Pansy Parkinson's, (a pug-looking girls) hand.
"Have you seen what Rita Skeeter has written about that Mudblood Granger?" She asked, looking at the black-haired girl with a smirk toying on her lips.
Raven licked her chapped lips, picking up her mug of coffee to warm her pale hands, her brow furrowing form distaste of the Slytherin girl, "Rita Skeeter?" She asked, after taking a sip of her coffee, "No, why?"
Pansy sniggered, passing the magazine - Witch Weekly - over to her. Raven frowned, picking it up, grimacing at the pink stained pages.
Harry Potter's Secret Heartache
A boy like no other, perhaps - yet a boy suffering all the usual pangs of adolescences, writes Rita Skeeter. Deprived of love since the tragic demise of his parents, fourteen-year-old Harry Potter thought he had found solace in his steady girlfriend at Hogwarts, Muggle-born Hermione Granger. Little did he know that he would shortly be suffering yet another emotional blow in a life already littered with a personal loss.
Miss Granger, a plain but ambitious girl, seems to be developing a taste for famous wizards that Harry alone can not satisfy -
Raven scoffed, placing the magazine back on the table for Pansy to pick up, "Aren't Harry and Hermione just friends?" She asked, looking at each of the Slytherins in confusion, "Besides, Viktor was the one that asked Hermione out - not the other way around?"
