Feelings and Confessions

Kim's P.O.V

I was sad that christmas was over however I can't complain because it was probably our best yet! We had so much fun, all of us together. I still couldn't get out of my head what Phil did... He kissed me. I felt like it was unexpected and shocking but I was glad it happened. Really glad in fact. Maybe these feelings for Phil were stronger than I thought.

Phil's P.O.V

I'm not really sure how to react. Did she feel the same way? Did she appreciate me kissing her or not? I'm so confused and really quite worried. What if she thinks I'm a creep!?

'Calm down, Phil, you're overreacting' I told myself.

Lauryn and Dan were sat on the floor, talking and playing with tinsel left on the floor. I walked into the kitchen and leaned against the side, trying to clear my head. I was soon followed by Kim.

"A-Are you okay?" She asked, fiddling with her hands.

I nodded and she came and stood next to me. "Something's wrong." She stated.

I nodded again. I had to confess. She probably already knows but I might feel better saying it out loud. Here goes.

"Kim, I..."

'Come on, Phil, say it!'

"I... " almost there "I really like you." I breathed.

Kim smiled and blushed which I found adorable but at the same time made me feel a little dizzy as I'm not sure whether it was good or not. "I like you too." She grinned.

"Well.... What would you say if I told you.. I'm in love with you?" .. That sounded so stupid.

"I'd say, I'm in love with you too." She blushed more this time and I felt myself blushing as well.

I smiled at her and tucked a piece of her hair behind her ear before getting lost in her eyes. Suddenly, she pulled me down to her height and her lips crashed against mine. I chuckled quietly and held her tight.

"Kim, w-will you be my g-girlfriend?" I asked once we had pulled away.

She nodded quickly. "Of course I will."
