Hyrule Castle

I was awoken to the sound of the rattling gate as it opened up to a new day in Hyrule Castle Town. "Well c'mon then Navi, lets get going," I said as I ran through the gates.

As soon as I walked in there I was greeted with very lively music, with people moving and dancing to the music. "Wow, the forest had music but nothing like this!" I said in awe. There was a couple dancing together like they were the only thing in the world. They paid no attention to me when I walked up to them "oh..you are...more beautiful...than Princess Zelda," I heard the man say. "oh...you are...so handsome...just like the king of Hyrule," the lady responded. "yuck," I said to myself as I walked away.

I was just wondering around the city when this girl about my aged stopped me. She had real long flowing red hair. "Hey! Your clothes! They're different....you're not from around here are you? She asked. "Umm no actually, I'm from the forest," I replied. "Ohh...you're a fairy boy! My name is Malon. My dad owns Lon Lon ranch," she said. That must be the ranch I saw I thought to myself. "Dad went to the castle to deliver some milk and he hasn't come back yet..."she continued. "Well I'm on my way to see Princess Zelda, if I see your dad I could tell him your worried," I offered. "Of course you came all this way to see Zelda," she scoffed. "but thanks for helping with my dad, I'll see you later fairy boy," she called out as she continued playing.

It took me a while but I finally found the way to the castle. I started walking up the path and I was greeted again by the big owl from earlier. "Hoot, hoot, hello there again Link. The princess is inside the castle just ahead. Be careful not to caught by the guards! Ho ho ho hoot! Do you understand Link? He asked. I nodded. "Hoooo! you're a smart kid. Good luck, then hoo hoo," The owl then left the tree he was on and flew away. I really wish that bird would tell me his name. I thought to myself.

I started walking towards the castle gate when the guard at the gate stopped me. "Excuse me boy, but just where do you think your going?" He asked. "Well I'm going to go see Princess Zelda," I said proud fully. "Well go home! Get out of here! The princess would never grant an audience to the likes of you!" He yelled. That got me furious. "Now you excuse me Sir! I need to see the Princess now for I have important business to discuss with her!" I yelled as I pushed him out of the way. I couldn't get pretty far because he called more guards and they escorted me back to the beginning of the trial. "Now get out of here, you little brat!" They smirked as they threw me to the ground. As soon as I was sure they were gone I went back up the trail. "I need to figure out a way to sneak in" I said to Navi. As I walked I noticed vines on a wall and the top of the wall led a path of the gate. "Perfect" I whispered to myself. I was about to climb it when I was stopped again. "Hey fairy boy, whatcha doing? She asked. "Im trying to sneak into the castle," I whispered. "Oh well if you see my dad can you give him this egg I've been incubating. I bet you he's probably sleeping! What a grown up think to do," she sad while we laughed. "Alright see Ya later fairy boy," she said as she ran towards castle town. I started climbing up the vines. Most of these guards are clueless. It was really easy to sneak by them. When I got over the gate I quickly hid behind a tree. It had already gotten late so in the dark it was hard for them to see me. When I got to the castle I saw guards blocking the entrance. I jumped into the moat blocking to castle and swam to a side door I saw but when I got there, there was this big round man sleeping on the floor blocking the entrance. "Excuse me sir, could you please wake up, sir," I tried but I still couldn't get him to wake up. Then out of no where the egg Malon have gave me cracked open and a cucco came out screaming like crazy, fortunately it woke up the man. "What in tarnation!" The man yelled. "Oh hello who are you?" He asked. "Um my name is Link, sir. Are you Talon? I asked. "Yup that's me owner of Lon Lon ranch he replied. "I came to the the castle to deliver some milk but I guess I fell asleep," he said with a chuckle."Oh cause your daughter is worried about you sir," I told him "What?! Malon was worried? I'm gonna catch it from her now!" He said as he ran to his daughter. I chuckled and went inside.

There were lots of guards in here to, it seemed to be the path to the castle courtyard. "Hey, listen, I remember the Great Deku Tree telling me Zelda always spends her time in the courtyard," Navi informed me. I nodded and continued forward. Fortunately there were lots of statues to hide behind from the guards. I nearly got caught if I wasn't for them being clumsy, they bumped there heads trying to look for me. Ha what a grown up thing to do. I thought to myself. "Finally," I whispered as I walked into the courtyard.
