The Upper East Side and the Lower East Side had an ongoing rivalry as old as time. No one knew the real reasoning behind it and no one questioned it. Everyone knew what side they were born into and acted accordingly. If a Upper East Sider came across a Lower East Sider, the interaction would end with blood.
Upper East Siders were known as New York's royalties. Celebrities, Politicians, and all the 'important' people resided on the Upper East Side. Upper East Siders kept a squeaky clean image. Even though everyone knew each others business, if anything would be leaked they knew how to make it disappear.
Nobodies lived on the Lower East Side. Well, that's what Upper East Siders would tell you. To them they weren't important enough to know and they didn't have enough money to buy their way into being known. The Lower East Side was the opposite of the Upper East Side. It was chaotic all the time, opposed to the peaceful life Upper East Siders lived. They lived on survival time. It was all about working to them and making sure they had enough money to survive.
No one knew how much blood would be shed until people realized enough was enough. This was all the calm before the storm though. A mighty storm was definitely heading their way.
Chanyeol threw the empty beer bottle at the brick wall causing it to shatter.
