Chapter 1

VICTORIA’S POV

''They really coming back'' Courtney asked me jumping up and down, her  blonde hair, flying around as she did. I laughed at her reaction but her black eyes were still focused on mine.

I couldn’t help, but smile back at her

''Yep. Blake called me last night and tell  me they’re all be back for  a while. Plus their new singer will come and he’ll stay with us.''  At that her eyes widened.

''You know him?''  She asked and I shook my head no. 

''You don’t?''  She asks, starring at me in disbelief.

''Well, I’ve seen photos and have heard some songs, -he’s in my brother’s band after all- but haven’t really pay attention what’s the matter?'' Courtney smirks playfully at me

''Nothing.''  She says as if she knows something I don’t. To clear things out. My brother Blake, and his buddies, Steven and Killian, were in a band. My brother was playing drums since he was little, Killian was playing guitar and Steven was at the keyboards. One day, an agent was in town and once he heard them out, he told them he had a singer for them and they could go around and give small contest. Small concerts, turned into big ones and all in all, my older brother and ‘’Icy fire’’ as they named their band, ditched school and start making tours all around the world. They were famous.

 At first my mom hated it, but then agreed, and let Blake go. All that, was two years ago and since them I haven’t seen him. Now, Blake and his band, were coming back for a break. Their lead singer was going to stay with us, why I didn’t knew. Probably his family was away or something.

''Oh my God, I just can’t wait Vick! It would be awesome!'' She said enthusiastically and I smirked at her,

''Of course it would be.'' I teased her and she smacked my shoulder playfully. Courtney, has a huge crush on my brother Blake since forever. Everyone knew it expect him.

''Oh shut up.'' She says as she drags me to our classroom.

 We sat together but of course stopped talking, once the teacher start speaking. But I couldn’t focus. Blake would be back today and I just couldn’t wait. I have missed my brother so much. I was thankful, tomorrow was Saturday so I could spent the day with him.

 As soon as the last bell rang, both me and Courtney took our things and headed out.

''Tomorrow morning, I’m coming your place like it or not.''  She said as she got in the car. Rolling my eyes I get in the car and start the engine

''You’ll only come for Blake.''  I pointed out as I got out of the parking lot. She giggle

''I know.''  She said making me roll my eyes once again.

''Some friend you are.''  I teased her and she sticks her tongue out at me.

''Be more friendly or else I won’t let you near my brother''. I warn her trying to be serious but when she glares at me, I couldn’t help it and burst into laughter.

''Aren’t you curious for the singer? You’ll get to live with a rock star!'' She exclaimed as we reach her house and I stop, to drop her by.

''Sure thing''. I say

''How come you haven’t seen him like really, really seen him,  on magazines or something? I mean the ‘’Icy Fire’’ has been in the magazines a few times.'' She says

''I don’t really-''  I stop mid-sentence and look at my best friend smirking

''You have every magazine with them don’t you?'' She doesn’t reply which makes me chuckle, when something else, pops in my mind
