Andy came downstairs to a very happy Rye, hugging Hue very tightly, jumping up and down. It was a very adorable sight. "Why are you so happy?" Andy asked, a smile making its way onto his face. "Dad got the Library open again!" He said quite loudly, making Hue cover his ears.

Andy had never been to a library before but if Rye was excited about it, it must be amazing. "Awesome, can we go?" Andy asked, giving Hue a pleading look. "Well of course you can but not too late, be back before curfew" he stated giving a pointed look at Rye. "What?"

Rye asked, pouting at him. "I mean it Ryan, last time you came home at midnight because you fell asleep reading a "good book"." Rye blushed at the memory, his dad was not happy. "You don't have to worry about that Dad, I have Andy now" Rye said, grabbing Andy as he squished both of their cheeks together.

Andy blushed brightly, giving Hue a slight smile. He rolled his eyes playfully, looking at them with a smirk, "You can go after breakfast, please keep him in check Andy" he said, turning his attention to him. "Yes sir."

"You're going to love the library!" Rye exclaimed as the two of them exited Ryes house.

"Oh I bet" Andy said just as excitedly. The human world hasn't disappointed him yet. Well, they do have a tendency to not pick up their trash and eat the innocent creatures from the sea but they've never majorly let him down. The land dwellers were everything and nothing that he imagined and he was very happy to be there. Rye being his favorite part.

"Helloooo Andy pandy, you there?" Rye said, snapping his fingers in front of him. "Oh sorry" Andy apologized "a little distracted." "Well I can see that" Rye snorted before pointing to a door "We're here." Andy smiled again, basically bouncing on his feet with anticipation. Rye opened the door, grabbing onto his hand as he led him into the quite large building.

"Woah." Andy was absolutely amazed. There were large book cases holding what seemed to be millions of books all spiraling around. The ceiling was made of glass with very pretty designs. "I know right" Rye said, taking a breath as he also looked around. "Come on" Rye said, leading him over to a desk where a woman stood.

She was quite beautiful. Brown hair that was curled and pinned back giving her a professional hairstyle to match her professional glasses. "Hi Kendra" Rye said, giving her a friendly smile which she returned. "Hello Ryan, and who's this?" She asked, giving and a just as friendly smile. "I'm Andy, nice to meet you" he said, returning it and sticking out his hand for her to shake.

"I'm Kendra and it's very nice to meet you as well" she praised, shaking his hand then looked at Rye with a smirk. "Your dad told me you missed coming to the library and since you're my favorite person, don't tell anyone that, I thought I could do this for you." Andy really liked her. She seemed nice plus she made Rye smile so she was good in his book.

"Thank you so much Kendra, please tell Ollie I said hi and we'll play dinosaurs soon." "Will do" she said saluting him before Rye led Andy somewhere else. "Where are we going?" Andy asked as he led him down an isle of books. "My favorite area" Rye said, leading him to a comfy little spot. It had two bean bag chairs, a table with a lap and a shelf of books behind it.

"You see, I stayed back here a lot because all these books are about the sea" Rye explained, picking up a book and handing it to him. "This is my favorite" Rye smiled. "The miraculous merpeople" Andy read out, tracing the indentation of the mermaid on the cover.

"We can read it now and if we don't get through it all, we can take it home" Rye says taking the quite thick book away from him. Andy definitely liked the sound of that. "Well, let's read."
