The next few weeks Harry was able to fall asleep easier than he normally would. He didn't know why but he suddenly felt like he could always sleep, no matter the situation he was in. Which was good, because Harry had been sort of sleep deprived ever since the Battle.

Now that he could finally fall asleep, he also got in trouble a lot more. He already had detention 3 times since the last time Harry and Draco had talked. The reason behind him getting detention was because he fell asleep during classes. Once during Transfiguration and twice during Potions.

Hermione and Ron were visibly worried about him. They told him to go to sleep earlier so that he could catch some more sleep in order not to fall asleep during classes. Harry didn't know where the sudden drowsiness came from but he had his suspects.

He thought that maybe his mind felt more at ease ever since Harry and Draco became friends. They hadn't really had a conversation ever since the night on Halloween, but they exchanged smiles whenever they passed each other and didn't call each other names anymore.

Draco also went up to him 3 days ago just before the Quidditch match against Ravenclaw to wish him goodluck. Harry thanked him and he had never felt so good after winning a match. Ron and Ginny looked very confused that day, they were both oblivious to what had been going on between them, but Harry figured they'd find out sooner or later.

Another week passed and Harry felt like meeting up with Draco again. He felt well rested, better than ever before and he just wanted to hear Draco's voice again. The only problem was that Christmas was around the corner which meant they first had to study for their OWLs.

Hermione had already started preparing two weeks ago while Ron and Harry had only now began. "We have so much to learn." Ron whined. "I thought they would go easy on us knowing what happened only 5 months ago." Hermione sighed: "Ronald they already went easy on us. Why do you think we got to have an eighth year?" She then proceeded to look through her notes. "Do you mind if we learn from your notes Hermione?" Harry asked with the sweetest voice possible. "You know how I haven't had the time to make notes ever since Halloween." He innocently said as he smirked at his friend.

"Harry James Potter, you're not going to use that as an excuse. Besides, how are you ever going to get anywhere in life if you don't know how to write things down during classes!" She remarked. "Doesn't she hear how stupid she sounds right now?" Ron whispered. "Ronald you better watch out or I'll tell Harry about you know what." Hermione blackmailed. Ron visibly flinched and went silent.

"So no notes?" Harry asked. "Nope." Hermione stood by her point, so Harry and Ron started making their own notes. Now that he had so much work to do it would almost be impossible to even meet up with Draco. So Harry was determined to study hard so that he could have some free time.

Another few days passed and Harry had been learning non-stop. In fact, this is probably the first time he really tried his best at learning everything as good as possible. He was driven to talk with Draco again. Hermione caught on to that so she finally gave in and handed Harry a few of her notes as well. Harry thanked her and went back to studying.

Though soon after he started on Herbology the first years from Gryffindor walked into the Common Room and started talking and screaming. Harry immediately decided to go to the library instead, something Harry usually never did. Madame Pinch wasn't particularly the most pleasant witch to be accompanied by.

He didn't really have another option though, so he took his notes and his books and went to the library. The OWLs were getting closer, it was only 5 days before their first exam. The raven haired boy was now learning the five traits of a Fanged Geranium.

Even though it was pretty late already, Harry still felt very determined to get all the information in his brain, preferably before tomorrow. He focused as hard as he could, reading the traits over and over again. After a few minutes he managed to learn them and took a few minutes to get some rest.

He put his head on his arms and lay down closing his eyes. Hermione always told him it was best to take a minute of rest when you feel like you're losing focus. He watched his breath and felt like he could fall asleep any second. All the late night studying made him very tired.

Somewhere behind him Harry heard a faint sound. Someone just entered the library. He decided to just stay in the same position and not move, it was probably someone from either 6th or 7th year getting some information for their own exam.

Harry's theory was proven wrong very soon. Harry shot up after someone softly tapped on his shoulder. He looked behind him to see Draco standing there with a hot chocolate and a book. "Didn't think I'd ever catch you laying here." Draco said as he sat next to Harry. "This seat isn't taken right?" He asked just to be sure. "No it's not, and I must say the same about you." Harry whispered.

Draco had a questionable look on his face but it soon changed into a grin. "Potter, Madame Pinch isn't here anymore. Do you have any idea how late it is?" He said in a normal tone. Harry was confused, the last time he looked at the clock it was somewhere around 9:30pm. He looked at the clock and to his surprise it was now 11:36pm. "Dear Merlin," Harry almost screamed. "I just fell asleep for about two hours while I was supposed to be studying."

"Luckily for you I just happened to need a book for Herbology." Draco said while taking a sip of his hot chocolate. Harry turned to Draco: "So you're studying Herbology right now?" Harry asked. "Wasn't that already obvious when I just said what I was getting a book for, yes you heard me correctly, Herbology." Draco joked. Harry chuckled and answered: "You must be the funniest at home right." "Ironically enough, yes I am." Draco said, opening the book he found earlier.
