Micky Patterson, a 15-year-old student, used to have a pleasing personality that every loved to have. When he was at their attic, searching through stuff that he need in their school play, he saw something out of that world. It was a clip, a clip th...
"Kaya mo yan! Andito lang ako", David cried as his wife is giving birth to their newborn child. Ella is screaming in pain while holding David's hand very tightly. As the head of the child came out, Ella's scream becomes drastically louder, holding David's hand as firm as she could. As she was in her last yelp, she heard a tone of a baby crying. It was her newborn child. David was smiling as he saw the child come out of his wife's womb. "There he is, ang anak natin.", David murmured, smiling like he never did.
In the delivery room where Ella and David was waiting for their newborn child, including Asher, a doctor came in. Though it wasn't the one that was in the delivery room when Ella was giving birth, it was another doctor. "Mrs. Patterson, do you know any 3 kids that might know you?", the doctor asked. David and Ella looked at each other, as if they know nothing, then they looked at Asher. "W-where are they?", David asked, "They were running across the corridor, as if they are in an emergency; one kid asked me if I know any Patterson.", said the doctor. David was baffled. "Ash (Asher), did you told your friends about this?", David asked, "Not at all dad, 'di ko po dala phone ko.", replied Ash.
David is staring into space, he knew something was wrong, considering the fact that his major top secret project, was a fail. He is acting as if he doesn't know who were the kids, but in fact, he does. "Did you told them- where we were?", David asked the doctor once again, "I told the kid that Mrs. Patterson was giving birth in the delivery room, that is also the kid that glanced inside the room while Mrs. Patterson was giving birth.", said the doctor. David was staring into space again, with Ella baffled. Without a response, signifying a no, "Excuse me, Mrs. and Mr. Patterson.", said the doctor, and went out the delivery room.
Another doctor went in, but it was the one at the time when Ella was giving birth, there was also the nurse that was carrying their newborn child. As the nurse transferred the child to Ella's hands, the doctor asked for the Newborn Child Declaration. "Good morning, Mr. and Mrs. Ella.", greeted the doctor. "Good morning to you too, Doc.", greeted back Ella and David. "May I ask what is the name of the child, Mrs. Patterson?", asked the doctor. Ella, looking with a smile at his baby, with David waiting for the response, "Micky- M-i-c-k-y, Micky"
As Micky grew up, his parents did their best to raise their child while taking care at Asher as well. Asher was five when Micky was born, he was happy to have a little brother he could play with.
"Mama, papa.", David saying it to Micky repeatedly, so he can say his first words. "Sino kaya una niyang sasabihin, mama? Or papa?", said Ella. "Si papa, syempre.", said David. They were teasing each other on who is the first one Micky would learn to say. Asher was also playing with his little brother.

"Mapash", as the first word of Micky was spoken out, they were all in a surprise. They were amazed as they were when Asher spoke out his first word. And the fact that Micky's first word is all of them mashed-up together, it was out of the world for them. Micky grew up adventurous, joyful, and a bright-thinking kid. He learned to speak Tagalog at the age of 3, and English at the age of 4. He has good manners and a personality that pleased everyone when he was put to daycare by his mother. Micky is attentive, he always participates in any given activity, and is the teacher's favorite. Although he had some flaws here and there, his parents fixed it in no time once they saw it.
At the age of 5, he is put to 2 different prep schools. The first one was 4 blocks away from their house, and the 2nd one was his school at elementary, 6 blocks away from their house.
2035, In Citadel Learning Center...
"What is the spelling of dog?", asked the teacher, "d, o- g?", Micky answered. Micky was troubled by spelling back then, but he can pronounce different words fluently. Even when Micky was in his infant years, his parents had a hard time teaching him spelling. "Okay, what is the spelling of cat?", asked the teacher once again, "c, a, um- t?". Yes, he was doing well at first, but... "What is the spelling of small?", asked the teacher, "s, m- o, and l?"
And because of that spelling difficulty, he was transferred to a new prep school. And yes, it was all because of spelling. His teacher actually likes his level of excitement, she said that Micky has a lot of potential.
2035, In Paxton Preschool...
He was placed in a public school this time, luckily, his troublesome of spelling was taken away before he entered Kindergarten. There, he expanded his vocabulary. They now have reading class and writing class. Micky was new to subjects, he was used to hours.
"Okay, class, what is the spelling of... apple?", asked the teacher, "a-p-p-l-e", said the class Micky was in. He wasn't really reciting at his own, he is just lip-syncing the entire class. Time passes by, Micky became more and more attentive, and his difficulty in spelling was completely taken away. Spelling was really Micky's flaw when he was a child, but when it comes to others, he is an excellent kiddo.
After dismissal, November 9, 2035...
"O, anak, how's school?", asked his mom, "It was great, had some fun, learned new stuff, tapos ma, kanina binigyan ako ng star ni teacher. Ito ma o!", said Micky, smiling. Anyone that was reciting at his school was given stars, for Micky, he was given 7 stars on his arms. 3 on one side, 4 on the other. "Wow, good job son! Tuloy mo lang yan, so you can reach you dream when you grow up. Ano ba gusto mo paglaki, 'nak?", Ella said cheerfully, "Pilot ma, so I can fly high up in the skies!", said Micky with a big smile on his face.
Every after dismissal, they go straight to their garden and play. With a big smile on their faces, laughing, running around, chasing each other. For Micky, his family is that kind of family that will last forever. Assignments were no more when you are still in preschool up to kindergarten, and Micky? He looks like he even likes assignments. He read books when his parents are busy, sometimes he plays with his brother, Asher. Micky was raised and formed perfectly, all thanks to David and Ella.
