I was purple in the face by the time we got to the Great Hall. Harry, Ron, Hermione, and Neville see us and come running. By then, Luna has already gone to her table, so no one sees her.

"Meg are you okay?" Harry looks at us concerned.

"Bloody hell, Meg. What happened?" Ron gapes.

"Ummmm... a mega three-person bear hug happened,"  I turn to Ginny and Colin. "Luna was in it too. I was attacked."

"She told us about her past, and it was a reflex to hug her," Gin replies.

"H-How bad was your past?" Neville questions. Really bad. "Let's just say, I'm not excited to go home." I mumble.

"She lives in a boy's home."

"Shut up, Colin," I say quickly. "Don't any of you start being overly sympathetic, because I hate being pitied. Of course, no one says anything. Especially Harry and Neville.

                                                                             ***

That night, Harry, Ron and Hermione come in, rambling at me. Of course, I know what's happening; Ginny isn't here and the trio is saying stuff like "petrifyed" and "Filch's cat."

                                                                                       It has begun.
