Society sucks up for women.
You wear short shorts
They'll tell you to cover up
You wear a long modest dress
They'll tell you, 'you look old'
You wear make up
They'll tell you, 'you're a slut'
You wear no make up
They'll tell you, 'you look pale'
You work hard
They'll tell you it's not your role
You chase your dreams
They'll tell you, 'you should have stayed at home'
You chose not to marry
They'll tell you, 'you'll grow old alone'
You chose to be a mother and a wife
They'll tell you it's now your role to take care and serve the family, and if you choose not to, you're not a good mother and a wife already.
We, women, are human who has free will.
We will be the ones to choose what we want to be or what roles are we going to take in the society.
For our capabilities and strength are not limited to gender roles.
Our roles are not dictated by the society.
We are not machines programmed to be something you dictate us to be.
