Chapter 8

Soul and I went to his house after Clair left. I was glad we were friends again.

Even if I want to be more than friends I was going to have to deal with the fact that I've been friendzoned.

But as long as he was with me I'll be ok. We hung out until I ended up taking a nap and he was my pillow. I slept peacefully on his chest. I was the best nap I ever had.

I woke up remembering about my dad. Then I realized he won't care. He was probably with some women anyway. I saw soul sleeping too and that made me smile.

He woke up and blushed when he saw me. There it was again he seemed to like my smile. "Soul do you like it when I smile?" I asked.

He blushed harder. "I can't help it your so cute" he said. Then he kissed me. It wasn't a surprise of what his lips felt like. But this time the kiss was filled with passion and love.

We pulled apart and looked in each other's eye's. Those eye's always hypnotized me. The next thing I knew soul kissed me again. It felt like magic.

He pulled away. "Maka I like you a lot will you be my girlfriend?" He asked. I smiled. I finally broke the barrier of the friendzone.

I smiled which made him blush as always. "Of course I like you too and maybe even love" I said before kissing him again.

He pulled away "don't say maybe" he said before kissing me again. It was like a kiss festival. And it was wonderful. Absolutely wonderful.
