Chapter 9

Today was my first date with soul. He was going to take me to see a movie. After we were going ice skating.

I don't know how to skate but guess I was going to learn. Soul said the movie was a surprise so I had no clue which one we were going to watch.

I'll I know is what were gonna to do.I liked how soul put a lot of effort in the date. I'm so happy we're dating now!

I picked out my outfit which was a long sleeve shirt and jeans with a scarf. And of course my black coat.

Christmas might be over but it was still freezing. My dad hated the idea of me having a boyfriend but that didn't stop me from dating soul.

Once I was finished I looked at the time. Soul should be here soon. And as if on cue I heard a knock on the door.

It was obviously soul. "Hey maka ready?" He asked. "Yep" I replied cheerfully.

He smiled and took me to his motorcycle. I first I was nervous about riding it, but when we go moving I loved the feeling.

When we got to the theater soul already bought the tickets so we went in a bought some popcorn. Well soul bought the popcorn. He insisted.

We sat down on the soft seats of the theater and waited for the movie to start. I learned the movie was "Malefecent"  (a/n sorrt if I spelled that wrong!) Of course.

It had action for soul and well I liked everything about it. We had the both reach for popcorn but touch each other's hand moment. But soul hold my hand for the rest of the movie.

After the movie was soul spoke. "So did you like the movie?" He asked. "Yeah it was great " I answered.

"Good now time to go ice skating" he said before talking my hand again and led me out.

We talked and had fun while we headed to the skating rink. Once there soul bought a pair of ice skates for both of us.

We went on and I quickly grabbed on to soul. He laughed. "Come on babe just hold on to me and you'll be ok" he told me.

I blushed but held onto him. He skated one way and the other and I got the hang of it.

It felt like I was flying when I'm with him. It was fun. We skated until it was dark. He took me back home but before he left I gave him a kiss on the cheek then saying thank you.

When I was about to leave soul grabbed my arm and kissed me on the lips. "Bye maka see you later" he said before driving off.

I stood there blushing but also smiling.
