Vanessa's POV:
I woke up to the sound of someone laughing. I opened my eyes to see who it was but it was coming from downstairs. I reached over to pull Madelaine into my arms but she wasn't there. I sighed before getting out of bed and walking out of her room. I heard Madelaine and Olivia giggling and Michele jokingly yelling at them to stop.
"Madelaine and Olivia stop that!" She yelled. They kept giggling and I walked down the stairs to see what was going on. I stood on the bottom step watching Madelaine and her sister throw flour at each other. All of a sudden Madelaine turned to me and smiled before whispering something to Olivia. They both started to approach me with the bag of flour and that's when I started to run.
"Get her Olivia," Madelaine yelled as I felt a ball of flour hit my back.
"Oh my god!" I exclaimed as I laughed and turned around. Olivia was grinning and then took some more flour.
"Got you!" She yelled before throwing more flour at me and running away.
"You're gonna get it," I joked before running after her. She ran right by Madelaine and I went to do the same but crashed into her, sending us both to the ground. Flour went everywhere and Madelaine and I burst out laughing. I was on top of her just admiring her natural beauty. I brushed a piece of hair out of her face as she giggled.
"Good morning sunshine," I said.
"Good morning baby," she answered before kissing my lips. I hummed against her lips before looking up to see Olivia. I looked down at Madelaine mischievously. Clearly she had the same idea so we got up and snatched the bag of flour from Olivia. She started to run but Madelaine grabbed her and held her arms.
"Now this is payback," I exclaimed before dumping the whole bag on to her head.
"Oh my god," she laughed as she wiped the flour from her face. "I'm covered," she added. I laughed and pulled her in for a hug.
"That's okay so are we," I said. She hugged me back before looking around the kitchen. It was a mess.
"Oh my god we definitely made a mess," Madelaine remarked.
"And now we don't have any flour for breakfast," Olivia added.
"Gir- OH MY GOD!" Timothy yelled as he walked into the kitchen. We all turned around to look at him and his mouth was hanging open. "What did you do!" He asked. Olivia started to giggle as he slowly walked around the kitchen.
"We sort of had a flour fight," I explained.
"I can see that," he joked. "Well I will go get more flour from the store while you three clean up," he suggested.
"Okay thanks dad," Madelaine said before going to grab the mop.
"Of course. I'll be back soon," Timothy replied before leaving the kitchen. Madelaine handed me a mop and Kate the duster. Madelaine had the Swiffer.
"Okay let's clean up," I said.
After about half an hour all of the flour was cleaned. Timothy got back from the store with the flour and Madelaine continued to make breakfast. She was making waffles with Olivia and I sat at the island. I got up and made us coffee.
"Olivia do you drink?" I asked.
"I AM 14," she yelled looking at me. Madelaine turned around and gave me a look. I looked at them both confused.
"OH MY GOD I MEANT COFFEE," I explained. Madelaine sighed and Olivia started laughing.
"Oh then yes," she said. I just shook my head and laughed.
