Chapter One

Naruto POV

Today is the day, the day I'm going to bring Sasuke back.

"Naruto, Naruto!!!!" That voice it sounds like Sakura. "Naruto!!! Wake up!!" I open my eyes

"Wow, that was weird."

"What are you taking about," She asked

"It was a flashback to when Sasuke left the village"

"Oh... That was kind of depressing" Sakura Is quiet? "Anyway, Naruto, Tsunade needs you."

"Granny Tsunade? What does she need me for?" I ask

"Just go"

I drag my butt out of bed and started walking to the Hokage Tower. On the way I see Shikamaru and Temari walking. WAIT HOLDING HANDS!!!!

"Shikamaru, are you dating her now?!?!"

"Huh? Oh hey Naruto, this is just a lame mission Tsunade gave me. She told me to escort Temari around the Village... Even if it means holding her hand, what a drag"

"Oh" I start to walk away and ran in to Choji eating his chips.

"Hey Naruto. Where you going?" He asked

"Granny Tsunade"

"Oh OK" and we ended it there.

I run to the tower.

I go in the door to see Tsunade in tears

"What's wrong, Granny Tsunade?"

" Jiraiya."

"Pervy Sage?"

"Yes, Jiraiya's student Pain, supposedly healed him when he saved everyone in the Leaf"

"Pervy Sage is alive?!"

"Yes but barely! Shizune! The slug I sent with you to look for Jiraiya's corpse, is it still with him?"

"Yes Lady Tsunade!"

"I'll use Pakkun to sniff the way."

"Kakashi, was the mission a success?" Kakashi popped in with a puff of white dust

"No, there were to many people badly injured, and we had to retreat before we got to the Village Hidden In The Stars."

"I see. Even a squad of Jounin couldn't get there!?"

"Seems so"

"Granny Tsunade, when can I go for Pervy Sage?"

"He will be alright, the last I heard about was that he was breathing and the Riekage found him unconscious and sent him to the Sand. Kakashi, gather all the Jounin you can. Send Pakkun and a shadow clone to get more Jounin here in a shorter amount of time, right now Time is precious." Tsunade explained

"Right away, summoning justu!" Kakashi said

"Hey Kakashi, why did you summon me this time?" Pakkun asked

"Get every Jounin you can, Shadow clone justu"Kakashi says

"Me and a shadow clone?" Pakkun asked

"We need all the help we can get."Kakashi explained

"Naruto, can you summon Gamakichi" Tsunade asked

"Uh sure, summoning justu!"

"Gamatasu can you stop thinking about food all the time?! Hey Naruto summoned us" Gamakichi said "what's up Naruto?"

"The sky, now-"

"Gamakichi I have a special mission for you." Tsunade said

"And what's that?"
